2 CEO Message On Friday 21st September 2018, Energy Action will be hosting our inaugural Sports Star Charity Luncheon, a fundraising event to support the work of Camp Quality. Ivan Slavich Chief Executive Officer Energy Action Camp Quality is a registered, not-for-profit, children s cancer charity which has been operating in Australia since Camp Quality believes every Australian child impacted by cancer be that their own diagnosis or the diagnosis of someone they love - should have every opportunity to thrive. They do this by providing innovative programs and services to develop life skills and strengthen the wellbeing of children aged 0 13 growing up with cancer, and their families. Their commitment to supporting this community has no doubt changed the lives of many young Australian children and their families. Over the years I have been committed to supporting this great organisation, attending fundraisers and participating in the annual Camp Quality escarpade, as well as creating awareness through social media channels. This sponsorship prospectus contains details about how you can become a sponsor of this event, including the advertising benefits to your organisation. By sponsoring this event you will be contributing to a great cause and putting a smile on the faces of Australian children and their families going through this experience. 3 About the Event Event Details Energy Action are excited to host the inaugural Sports Star Charity Luncheon, to create awareness and raise funds for Camp Quality. The Sports Stars Charity Luncheon will host a three course lunch held at the Establishment Ballroom in Sydney. During the luncheon we will hear from a panel of Australian Sporting Stars and you will have the opportunity to ask questions and chat with your favourites, all while supporting a great charity. Fundraising activities will include a silent auction, where you can bid against others to grab some great prizes and experiences! Our volunteers will also be helping out with some table raffles for more opportunities to win. 8 Sponsorship Terms and Conditions All sponsorships will be awarded on a first come, first served basis. Energy Action retains the right to reject any sponsor that it deems inappropriate. Energy Action does not provide exclusivity in any areas unless otherwise indicated in the sections of the agreement. In line with privacy permissions, Energy Action does not provide copies of delegate lists for any of its events. A delegate list may be available for view in the registration area on the event day. Where there is opportunity to provide signage, gifts, materials, marketing collateral or prizes to delegate; it must be provided by and distributed by the sponsor. All signage, gifts, materials, marketing collateral and prizes for delegates must be approved by Energy Action a minimum of 10 days prior to the event. The sponsor must provide the sponsorship funds, logo image (in the format required) and other details as required (such as correct use of sponsor s name, trademarks etc.) to Energy Action within 10 days of receipt of acceptance Sponsorships cannot be processed without payment. Funds must be payable in Australian dollars. Refunds are not available for sponsorships. Energy Action will not be liable for damage or loss to a sponsor s properties through fire, theft, accident or any other cause, whether the result of negligence or otherwise. For sponsorship opportunities that include signage please note that signage is the responsibility of the sponsor, including drop off and pick up. Energy Action will inform each sponsor of the maximum size, number of signs etc. There are no refunds for cancellations by sponsors. If a sponsor cancels at any time, for any reason, the sponsor will be responsible for the entire sponsorship fee. Energy Action reserve the right to make changes to the event agenda. Unforeseen circumstances may result in the substitution of a presentation, venue, topic or speaker. Energy Action reserves the right to reject or rescind any registration and return registration fees accordingly. Registrant, speaker, sponsor, or other attendee or agent assumes all risks incidental to participation in all event activities, including loss or damage to property and/or personal injury. Where Energy Action takes photos / videos at events, by attending you give permission to use images taken at the event.
