Curse times Unless therwise indicated, all instructr-led classes at ne f the training centers run frm 8:30 a.m. t 4:30 p.m. lcal time. Lunch is prvided fr curses held at ne f ur Training Centers. Virtual classes are scheduled t run frm 9:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Three 30 minute breaks are scheduled thrughut the curse f the day. Webinars are scheduled t begin at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time. 5 Curse registratin prcess Registratin is cmpleted thrugh an n-line registratin site. Each registrant needs t access the Sftware Training Services web-site and enter the required infrmatin. Yu will nt be able t register if the curse is full fr the available spaces. T view the calendar and/r register fr a class: 1. Paste int yur web brwser. 2. Click the Register Nw buttn t find ut the curse fferings and specific infrmatin abut each curse. 3. Click the Details & Availability buttn fr the applicable curse t see the curse utline, a list f the lcatins, dates and cst. 4. Click the Add t Cart buttn t access the registratin screen. 5. Cmplete the registrant infrmatin. NOTE: If this is yur first time using the registratin system yu will be prmpted fr Student infrmatin. This infrmatin is used fr Student Recrds. If yu have previusly registered fr an Avantis class, fllw the 2 nd prmpt that prvides a link t the lgin screen. 6. Recrd the payment infrmatin. NOTE: In rder t cmplete yur registratin, yu must prvide payment infrmatin. There are three payment ptins: purchase rder, credit card r the use f a Custmer First (CFIRST) seat. Once yu have cmpleted the registratin prcess yu will receive an cnfirmatin f yur registratin.

Purchase rder payment ptin: Type the purchase rder number in the purchase rder number field. If yu dn t have the PO number available, type PO in the field. The purchase rder must be received befre yu attend the curse. When creating the purchase rder: Reference the curse fee excluding taxes n an individual PO line and add plus applicable taxes t the bttm f the PO. There are n taxes fr curses held in the US. Ensure that the PO indicates the lcatin at which the training will be prvided (Burlingtn, Lake Frest, Virtual r Webinar). This determines the tax rate that applies. All registratins frm the same cmpany fr the same lcatin can be n the same purchase rder even if they cver different curses. Class cancellatin by Schneider Electric It is recmmended that yu d nt make travel arrangements fr an ILT class until 2 weeks prir t the start f the curse. Schneider Electric reserves the right t cancel classes up t tw weeks prir t the start f the class based n curse registratin level. Cancelling yur registratin If yur plans change and yu cannt attend as scheduled, be sure t ntify us as sn as pssible at training@avantis.net s that we can free up yur spt fr anther persn wanting t take the curse. Class sizes are limited s tuitin charges are refunded ONLY if cancellatin ntice is received by the Schneider Electric ffice in Burlingtn ON thrugh training@avantis.net at least tw weeks prir t the first day f class. If cancellatin is made less than tw weeks befre the date f the class, a service charge f 50% f the tuitin may be assessed. Thse failing t attend the class withut cancellatin ntice prir t the class will be liable fr the full cst f the curse.

The curse cmbines lectures, discussins and hands-n labs t supply and reinfrce the knwledge necessary t use Avantis.PRO t create and manage entities, t initiate, plan and track maintenance activities, and t create and trigger preventive maintenance prgrams n critical assets.
