8 Proposals/quotations should be submitted along with an updated copy of a trade license and documentation of experience of successful completion of work of a similar nature. Prices should be quoted including installation, carrying, and other necessary costs. The quotation price must be inclusive of VAT and other related cost and vendor shall be submitted the invoice along with VAT challan. After completion of the works contractor should collect successful work completion certificate and challan for equipment where it should be mentioned equipment received in good condition and functional from the Principal of the Institutions. Vendor are requested to mention on the envelope clearly title of the quotation and name of the vendor. Vendor may submit the partial offer for Lot-1, Lot 2 and Lot-3.
