Red Barn Timber Sale Loblolly Land Company, LP has directed Kingwood Forestry Services, Inc. to arrange the sale of timber from approximately acres of land in Bowie County, Texas. Location: The timber to be sold is located on land described as part of the O.S. Hagwood HRS, A-259, as depicted on the attached maps, approximately acres, more or less, in Bowie County, Texas. Timber to be Sold: All merchantable timber within the designated clear cut sale area is to be sold. Timber in the SMZ is not to be cut. Based upon a 10 BAF, plot per acre cruise conducted by Kingwood Forestry Services, Inc. in June, 2017, the tree count and estimated volumes are as follows: Pine Sawtimber 2,828 Trees 6,331 Tons Misc. Sawtimber 54 Trees 59 Tons Hardwood Pulpwood 4,389 Trees 637 Tons Pine Pulpwood 705 Trees 466 Tons Due to variations in utilization standards and scaling practices, the timber volumes cannot be guaranteed. The bids will be opened at the Kingwood Forestry Services, Inc. office at 4414 Galleria Oaks Dr., Texarkana, Texas, at 10:00 A.M., Friday, July 14th, Buyers submitting bids are welcome to attend the bid opening. Mailed bids should be addressed to Kingwood Forestry Services, Inc., P.O. Box 5887, Texarkana, Texas, 75505, with Red Barn Timber Bid clearly marked in the lower left corner of the envelope to protect the security of the bid. Telephone bids from buyers known to Kingwood Forestry Services, Inc. will be accepted, however, it is preferred that telephone bids be delivered via fax (903) (Fax bids will be acknowledged. Please await confirmation that your fax bid has been received.) Anyone submitting a bid for the purchase of the timber will be provided with a bid summary. ***Conditions of Sale on Back***

2 Conditions of Sale: 1. The seller reserves the right to accept or reject any bid. 2. Reasonable care will be required during logging to avoid unnecessary damage to the land and to the residual timber in the SMZ. 3. Compliance with Texas Best Management Practice will be required. 4. Conveyance will be by conventional Forest Products Sale Contract provided by seller requiring a $1, performance deposit, and providing until December 31, 2018, to cut and remove the designated timber. A sample of the contract is available upon request. If buyer requests modifications or exceptions to contract, those should be clearly stated in the bid. 5.
