1 Change Recruitment Group To assist with the current and further anticipated growth, we are seeking a talented Delivery Consultant who is exceptionally well organised, can work under pressure and is able to be pro-active and re-assess priorities frequently. With excellent verbal and written communication skills, responsibilities will be varied to support an established and successful senior recruiter, including: Candidate Management: Candidate Acquisition/Resourcing working with various candidate acquisition tools such as advertising, referrals and database searching; Registration/Interviews telephone registering existing, new and lapsed candidates to investigate suitability for roles; Organising interviews and ensuring candidates have written confirmation and interview preparation documents in advance of each interview; Market Mapping - researching and exploring the layout of the market and using this information to generate new candidate leads Client Management: Liaising with client contacts via telephone and in order to take full job briefings and keep abreast of business/process changes; Adapt CVs, cover sheets and supplementary information to client s requirements, and submit information to recruitment portals to tight deadlines Administration: Updating database with various candidate information and correspondence; Ensuring new starters are compliant with legislative and client requirements; Producing and posting job advertisements; Producing Management Information and activity reports on a weekly basis; Ad hoc administration support To apply, you will ideally have 6 months experience from a recruitment or sales background and have an interest in Financial Services, particularly Change Management. This includes a high level of customer satisfaction through the ability to deal with all staff in a friendly and helpful manner anticipating their needs and taking personal responsibility for following up incidents requests. The post holder will also be responsible for ensuring that all user support calls are resolved in line with previously agreed service level commitments. 4 Administration Apprentice Salary: National Minimum Wage Contract: One year Modern Apprenticeship Fixed Term Contract The successful applicant will play an integral role, working with the teams in Edinburgh and London to make sure Mike is supported in all aspects of his work including local casework and Select Committee work. 5 Paid Placement Training Warehouse Operative Canon Mills TOiL currently has a placement available for a trainee warehouse operative working for a multinational company in Canon Mills. The organisation is a major player in the construction sector and is looking for a well presented individual to work on the customer counter. You will be given full training and support by an experienced team. The role will involve taking in deliveries and making up orders. Checking stock levels, keeping the yard and warehouse area clean and tidy.. This is very much a trainee role and will develop according to the strengths and needs of the individual. The placement will be 18 weeks long, 35 hours a week. Start and finish times are flexible dependant on the trainee s travel arrangements, local buses are 36/8/23 and the 27. Hours will be 08:30-15:30 with an hour for lunch. Training will be provided by TOiL on an ad hoc basis, up to 12 days training will be provided in relevant subjects such as CSCS. This is a trainee position funded by the Employability programme. Only individuals aged need apply. You will be supporting more senior members of our team in their broking and client management activities. Everything we do at Aon is built around delivering client value.
