Deepak Sawhney: Partner L & D Solutions: Deepak Sawhney is an Executive coach with 26 years of professional experience in large corporations in Retail, in India viz Citadel Pharmaceuticals, Bharat Petroleum, Reliance Retail Petroleum, Karvy & Magma Fincorp Limited. He has Trained & coached Senior Management employees ranging from business issues to breakthrough performance issues and leadership effectiveness areas. He specializes in people development interventions, OD and leadership skill enhancement domain. Worked with large corporations at strategic leadership levels, he deals both transactional and transformational issues. Shanti Kumar: Partner Global Mobility Services: Shanti brings with her close to three decades of experience in travel and immigration and has partnered extensively with U.S and global consulates, FRRO (Foreigners Regional Registration Office) and government agencies in India. Shanti has about 15 years of immigration experience in corporate world with her last stint being with Deloitte Consulting India. Prior to Deloitte, she worked with Fragomen India (an Indian subsidiary of one of the foremost Immigration Law firms in USA) and with Satyam Computer Services (for more than 10 years). Previous to Satyam, she worked in travel related field primarily with Delta Airlines (GSA) and Thomas Cook India.

Her last assignment was with Wipro as an AVP HR where she managed Business HR and set up the HR COE/Process Excellence. Prior to Wipro she has worked with organizations like Xansa, Max New York life Insurance, PwC, NIIT in India as well as Singapore. More than one and half decade of HR experience involved in-depth work in Business HR role, Large Scale Organization Transformation, Organization Enablement & Talent Management (including Acquisition & Retention). Indrani Banerjee: Partner HR & Training Solutions: Indrani is an HR professional with more than 17 years experience as a Generalist. Her experience covers all the major HR verticals namely Strategic HRM, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations.
