Design Working closely with our experienced Design Team, our Project Coordinators will strive to ensure that your project designs are generated right first time and issued to you on time for your review and approval. Highlighting our attention to detail, we provide market leading project designs, utilising latest design technology, that provides a high level of detail across all facets of design. Engineering Our in-house team of qualified Electrical Engineers and Design Engineers are both state and nationally based and have a comprehensive knowledge of the relevant AS/NZS standards, including AS/NZS Supported by a team of Application Engineers, this highly skilled engineering resource provides a broad knowledge of the automation and power distribution market and can aid with application advice. In addition, this team can assist with selectivity and coordination studies in accordance with AS/NZS Standards. 4

5 Processes and Production With a 5,000m² National Manufacturing and Distribution Centre located in Laverton, Victoria, interstate operations across the country and over 150 specialised staff, NHP Manufacturing has the experience, capability and capacity to successfully deliver your customised, engineered solutions. To ensure quality and consistency in both our project delivery and product manufacturing, NHP Manufacturing follows robust and streamlined processes and procedures. With a dedicated Process Team, tasked with the duty of ensuring all processes are effective and efficient, all manufacturing processes are documented and regularly reviewed. On time delivery is critical towards the success of any project. Understanding this and focusing on your project, a fundamental Key Performance Indicator (KPI) for manufacturing is our Customer Service Level (CSL). This KPI measures our performance in meeting scheduled delivery dates issued to you during the planning stage of the project. Ultimately our customers want their product on time and right first time. Throughout the project delivery and manufacturing process, NHP Manufacturing measures quality performance through a Right First Time (RFT) process. This includes the quality of the project designs issued to you through to the final testing of the manufactured product. Through the RFT process, any quality issues are captured and rectified, ensuring all RFT data is recorded for performance measurement (KPI) and continuous improvement. By providing you with a dedicated Project Coordinator, you can have confidence that all required steps throughout the manufacturing process are taken care of, from initial scope requirements through to final delivery. Our Project Coordinator will manage all necessary aspects of the manufacturing process to ensure a smooth delivery of your project. DETAILED PROJECT DESIGN PRODUCTION SCHEDULING TESTING LOGISTICS PROJECT SCOPE REVIEW CUSTOMER DESIGN APPROVAL MANUFACTURE Quality and Compliance In line with our Right First Time approach to the manufacturing process, we conduct a number of testing processes to ensure that the final product meets the design specifications and complies with the relevant standards. Through consistent product inspection and testing of each manufactured product we ensure when a manufactured solution is dispatched, that it is built right first time and ready for installation. Our Quality Assessment Request (QAR) process allows for any corrective actions to be implemented immediately and for any preventative actions to be rolled out as part of the continuous improvement process. During these testing procedures, all manufactured items are photographed at the time of testing. These photographs can be included in your project documentation to further assist you and your team to prepare for delivery and installation. We also offer a customer Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) service which allows you to visit our manufacturing facility, undertake inspections and complete your own testing (please note: terms, conditions and costs may apply). 5

6 Power Distribution Solutions NHP Manufacturing delivers approximately 15,000 distribution boards per year, and around 40 panels per day - this is why NHP is the market leader in this space. Working closely with switchboard builders, contractors and wholesalers, NHP Manufacturing can design and deliver a broad range of customised power distribution products, including: Distribution Boards Load Centres Air Circuit Breakers (ACBs) Transfer Logic Switches High Current Chassis ISO Switches and Sockets Emergency Lighting Test Kits 6

8 Hazardous Environment Solutions Safety of staff and protection of plant is paramount in this day and age. Many industries are operating in environments that are considered hazardous and therefore require special consideration when it comes to the installation of electrical equipment. These industries include, oil and gas, petroleum and chemicals, mining, water and waste water, and food and beverage. NHP Manufacturing has a fully certified Hazardous Area Equipment (HAE) workshop within the National Manufacturing and Distribution Centre in Victoria. In this workshop, accredited staff design, project manage, construct and inspect the Cortem range of HAE solutions according to the requirements of IECEx certification. This allows for flexibility to produce custom solutions to suit your HAE requirements. NHP Manufacturing can provide a wide range of customised solutions for hazardous area electrical installations. The range includes light fittings, terminal boxes, control stations, distribution panels and fully customised skid solutions. 8
