2 Our fair-packages: total solutions that maximize your success If you don t have much time to plan your trade fair presentation or are making your debut at CEBIT, you should consider our special offer. Our fair-packages provide a wide range of services and benefits, including stand space, stand construction, furnishing and fittings, as well as basic utilities and extensive marketing services. You can choose from two options, and each package is tailormade to ensure that your trade fair presentation is a complete success. The only difference between the packages is the stand construction. How you benefit You save time as all the planning can be dealt with by simply clicking online to order the services required. 4 Marketing services Invitation Invitation to the CEBIT Opening Ceremony for up to five members of the main exhibitor s company board, and an invitation for one member of a co-exhibitor s company board. Complimentary admission tickets (mandatory registration) Exhibitors may order complimentary CEBIT admission tickets (etickets valid for the entire event) to invite their customers and business partners. Visitors must validate these tickets by registering online in advance. New: the participation fee includes: per main exhibitor 5 registered tickets/m 2 of confirmed stand space per co-exhibitor a maximum of 30 registered tickets These allotments apply, regardless of whether or not the registered tickets are used at the turnstiles. You will be billed 10 net for each ticket registration in excess of the above allotments for main and co-exhibitors. Registered complimentary tickets are valid for admission to all the special events at CEBIT (d!conomy, d!tec, d!talk, d!campus, and evening functions). Visitor data Compilation of registration data of your guests 12 weeks before the tradeshow and of usage data 1 week after the show. Company profile Extensive presentation options, including company logo in a detailed exhibitor listing, company promotion video, brief company profile, links to your company website, listing of contact details, partner enterprises and subsidiaries, as well as the hosting of downloads (brochures, etc.). Product profile Upload as many products and their descriptions you prefer, limited to a maximum of four product group listings per product, product images, and PDF files. Electronic Visitor Information System (EBi) Activation of the visitor information system (EBi) is designed for visitors to query the system for general information on the trade fair and easily pinpoint details on exhibitors and products. Visitor recruitment (campaign advisory services) Advice on putting together targeted marketing campaigns to gene rate, for instance, solid B2B sales leads during preparations for the tradeshow. Internet presence ( This covers a company presentation under the exhibitor and product search section of Visitors can save information on your company directly in the Online Fair Planner. Use the Exhibitor- Content-Management-System (ECMS) yourself to update your company listing, or utilize our editorial support to assist you in setting up your company profile and up to five products.
