3 1. Costumer Invitations In your My Easyfairs account you can order an unlimited number of visitor invitations in German, English and French. Your visitor invitations feature an invitation code that is directly associated with your company. When registering, either online or onsite, visitors are requested to enter this invitation code, thereby ensuring the traceability of their visit in direct connection with your marketing efforts to invite guests. Your invitation offers your customers an added value worth CHF 30.- (entrance price) You can order more invitation cards online on «My Easyfairs»: order additional items Promotion & Sponsoring Promotionsmaterial. 4 2. Personal registration link You will find your personal registration link on your My Easyfairs account. Use this for your online invitation activities. Link your registration link with electronic newsletters, QR codes, banners and logos. 2.1 Where you get your registration link On your My Easyfairs-Portal : «Contact my pre-registered visitors» you will be linked automatically on the N200 site. There you can manage your visitor invitation activities: Page 4

5 You can use the registration links to measure the success of your online promotion activities and control which visitors have registered about what registration link. The number of links is unlimited. You can assign different links to different campaigns. Your advantage: In your «My Easyfairs» account you can see who has registred with your invitation code or registration link. Also you see who has visited the show. Further advantages: contact visitors who have registered as a result of your invitation register your staff Insight into visitor statistics after the fair (show/ no show) Search function for registered visitors and stand staff Graphical representation of the registration numbers over a period of time Page 5

Visitor communication 3.1 Website Let web visitors know about the opportunity to pre-register with your personal link on your company website: for example, embedded in the information about your show participation as a live button to register campaigns Write directly to your VIP customers and give them the chance to pre-register for the show free of charge via your invitation. Communicate in the an exclusive registration code or your personal link that will waive the registration fee for them. 3.3 Social Media Is your company active in social media? Via Xing, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+ you can raise awareness of your upcoming show participation and actively invite your customers. For example tweet your special link for free visitor registration and allow all your Twitter followers to sign up. 3.4 Print media (flyers, adverts) Crossmedia marketing is all the rage! Include your information for ONLINE registration in your PRINTED media. You can type the link text into your printed communications, or even more userfriendly incorporate it as a highly visible QR code. Page 6

7 4. Show stickers Draw attention to your trade show participation in advance. Use our mailing stickers for your daily correspondence (e.g. on offers, invitations, invoices, etc.). Each exhibitor can order a unlimited number of stickers free of charge! 8 5. Show banner With our logos and banners, you can advertise your trade fair presence. Whether it is a display, a link to the website, or an correspondence, the banner is always an eye-catcher. Logo and banner can be downloaded on our website at Exhibiting Downloads Area. They are available as png and jpg files. In order to optimize your personal exhibition appearance, we create individual banners with your stand and hall number. 9 6. Social Media The logistics- and packaging fair is active in the social media channels. Join our channels and profit from the latest information about the fair trade. You can also use our official hashtags for social networking. LinkedIn Get information about our trade fairs in our LinkedIn Groups and exchange with industry colleagues.
