3 My Easyfairs 1. What is My Easyfairs You as exhibitor can prepare your exhibition participation online on «My Easyfairs». There you find a lot of auxiliary functions, notification windows and a checklist. This helps you to plan your fair. In addition you can manage your entry in the online exhibitor catalogue. Please note: The My Easyfairs settings depend on the EasyGo Packages (GoVisibility, Go- Leads oder GoPlus) you have booked. 2. Settings My Easyfairs Valid for: Which settings can I make in the online-exhibitor catalogue on «My Easyfairs»? 1. Upload company logo 2. Set stand name 3. Select categories 4. Set company description (in three languages) 5. Specify your contact details Page 3

4 My Easyfairs 3. Highlight products Valid for: You can upload pictures and product discriptions. The informations appear on the website from the fair. Highlighting of products only possible with EasyGo Visibility. Important: Upload the products in all three languages (German, English and French). The German speaking visitors can see the German discriptions etc. Example: Highlight product 4. Innovations Valid for: You can sumit your innovation with a click on the button innovation. The organzier confirm the innovation and these will be published on the website among innovations gallery. 5. News Valid for: Publish your company news. On the website you find it among news. Orders on My Easyfairs You will finde the most important functions on «My Easyfairs» in the admin area (bottom right). Items orderd Shows you which orders we have already recieved. Register my staff Use this function to register your staff. My invoices Here you get the PDF from the invoices you have recieved. Get access to My Easyfairs Receive easy access to the My Easyfairs online platform and centrally manage your participation to optimise your return on investment. Display your company profile online Set up your catalogue information on the event website including your company profile in multiple languages, displayed all year long. It includes your company description, logo, company details, website link, product categories, social media and contact form for visitors. Display your products/services online Publish an unlimited number of products & services and news in multiple languages with description, picture, video, website link and PDF. All exhibitors receive one reader, part of their EasyGo package, to enhance the overall visitor experience. The reader is a wireless sensor placed on your stand that delivers the digital product and company information you uploaded to My Easyfairs. WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO? 1. Come to the Business Point / Organiser s Office to pick up your ready-to-use badge reader on the build-up day. 2. Determine the best spot to place the reader: it should be easy for your visitors to access (very visible, neither too high nor too low, reachable from outside your booth). We re happy to help you! 3. Apply the green sticker onto the wall or counter where you d like to place the reader. 4. Remove the backing from the adhesive pad on the back of the reader and attach it to the green sticker. You are welcome to use your own removable adhesive. 5. There is no need to charge the reader throughout the event. 6. Return the reader at the Business Point / Organiser s Office at the end of the last day of the event. 7. If you have GoLeads or GoPlus, you get the data of everyone who touched your reader(s) with their badge. Just log in to My Easyfairs to download the list. Only GoVisibility? Visitors were able to collect your information when touching your reader(s) but you need to upgrade to GoPlus to get their data. You can do so via My Easyfairs. HOW DOES IT WORK? When visitors touch the reader with their badge, they collect all the information about your company and products that you uploaded to your My Easyfairs account. This information will be sent to them in a visit summary at the end of day. THE VISITOR TOUCHES THE READER WITH THEIR BADGE The green light glows and the reader beeps - OK Data collection is successful The green light doesn t glow - NOT OK Try again or contact Poken support staff NOTICE ANYTHING UNUSUAL? Please contact a member of the Poken support team onsite: at the Business Point / Organiser s Office during build-up and event days. N.B. Badge readers are rented and remain the property of Poken SA. Unreturned readers will be charged at CHF 500 ( 500).
