Who Qualifies Applicants in charge of planning or making purchase decisions to source Pharmarelated/Health Ingredient products and services. Applicants wishing to promote their sales will not be accepted into this programme. To qualify, the Hosted Buyers must attend the event for at least 2 days and hold a minimum of 6 verified meetings with CPhI Korea 2018 exhibitors. 2. 4 Section 3. Terms & Conditions By participating in Hosted Buyer Programme of CPhI Korea 2018, you automatically accept the following terms and conditions defined by the secretariat. 1. General 1 Each company may only avail of two (2) people as Hosted Buyers. 2 If a Hosted Buyer fails to fulfil their commitments (item 2-1, 2-2) they will be excluded from Hosted Buyer Programme. 3 Overview of Hosted Buyer Programme process is as follows; 2. Hosted Buyers will be commited to: 1 Attend the event and hold at least six (6) verified meetings with exhibitors during at least two (2) days of attendance at CPhI Korea Hosted Buyers may pre-schedule their meetings via Online Matchmaking System at their discretion. The login details will be ed from the secretariat. - Attendance at meetings onsite may be monitored by an assisting staff in the venue to prevent non-attendance. 2 Attend minutes interview with the secretariat to present Meeting Report to verify their meetings. The report is a very simple form and will be provided in advance. 3. Benefits 1 3 nights accommodation (@ Intercontinental Seoul COEX, Breakfast included) - A copy of Buyer s passport, a credit card information (card number/expiration date/holder name) and a confirmation letter of flight to Seoul, Korea should be submitted to the secretariat. - Hotel reservation will be made by the secretariat. - Hotel change by a buyer is not allowed. - Following a confirmation of report submitted at the venue, the secretariat will pay the hotel charge on behalf of you. - The hotel will ask you to pay deposit when you check in. Your deposit will be refunded to you in full when you check out, minus the cost of any items taken from the mini-bar or other charges you have agreed to during your stay. - Please note that any other personal expenses, such as extended nights or hotel mini-bar, will be borne solely by a Hosted Buyer. Food & Beverage will be available at a designated lounge. 4. Announcement of selection results In early of July, the secretariat will individually inform applicants about the selection results. In case of applicants who apply for the programme after early of July, the secretariat will inform their selection results case by case until the deadline - 27 th of July (Fri).
