7 International Training Conference ITC Held each Spring in a different exciting destination, the five-day training conference offers 120 tested hours of education and training in fire investigation with the world s top experts. Special events during the ITC Expo allow vendors and sponsors to meet personally with attendees. There are also many opportunities to present your services and products to this niche market of fire, police, insurance, agency and related professionals. Networking and creating lasting relationships with professionals from around the world is the surest way of increasing your business. Exhibition / Trade Show The ITC EXPO is a main feature at the IAAI annual conference and provides two days of marketing and networking opportunities. Dedicated exhibit hours, conference breaks, special membership events, and evening vendor receptions all take place in the exhibition area. The exhibition cost is $795 and includes an 8 x 10 carpeted booth, with signage, skirted table with two chairs, listing in the conference program, and two (2) exhibitor name badges and registrant gift bags. For exhibitors wanting to further network by joining ITC attendees at the many social events planned during the week, Banquet registration at $120 per person will provide you with access to all planned social events. A special conference registration rate of $595 per person is available for those exhibitors interested in attending conference training classes and social events. Conference App Banner Ad - $ The Conference Smart App has a one-year use date and features banner ads, sponsor information, attendee contact information and interfaces for social media such as LinkedIn (5,500+ IAAI group members). While highly beneficial to attendees, the IAAI Conference App is also the next best thing to actually being present at the ITC, as our entire membership has the ability follow the conference on their Smart Phone and access all of particulars just like those who are in attendance. Additional functionality includes push notifications throughout the conference, the complete conference schedule, list of exhibitors, conference event location maps, speakers and more. Additionally, all class information, particulars and handouts will continue to be accessible throughout the balance of the one-year period.
