"It will spur litigants in other states to look at educational policies and standards adopted, as well as funding

All advertising is subject to approval based on the Bar's editorial guidelines. We reserve the right to reject advertising determined not to be in keeping with the publication s standards. By submitting advertising for acceptance, the advertiser and its agency agree to indemnify and protect the publisher from loss or expense on claims or suits based upon the subject matter of such advertisements. The publisher is not responsible for advertisement omitted for any reason. Rate holder: one-sixth page. Cancellations must be received in writing prior to the published space reservation deadline.
