9 9 Legislative Series During the Session 2018 Target: Business, Community Leaders & Elected Officials Attendees: per event Price: $1,000 - $2,000 The Chamber s Legislative Series includes two informative events held during the legislative session. Both offer Chamber members direct access to their elected officials and a greater understanding of how each will respond to the pressing issues of the session. LEGISLATIVE PRIORITIES BREAKFAST The Chamber, City of Lawrence, Douglas County, Lawrence Public Schools, and the University of Kansas provide their unified legislative priorities for the 2018 session to the local delegation. Legislators are given a brief opportunity to respond, followed by a question and answer session. MID-SESSION LEGISLATIVE UPDATE Legislators provide an update on progress made halfway through the session. The event may be held as a breakfast, lunch, or late afternoon program, depending on the availability of legislators. Don t forget to invite clients and prospects! Traditionally, the Business After Hours sponsor hosts the event, but having it at the company s own location isn t required. Non-traditional venues have been used to provide a memorable and fun experience for attendees. Target: Chamber Members Price: $20 - $50 NEW FOR 2018! The Chamber is launching a monthly member-driven e-blast. On the last Friday of every month, we ll send out an e-blast to our nearly 2,000 member representatives. Share your event, promotion, or even exclusive deals for Chamber members! All ads due the Monday before the last Friday of each month. If ads are not sent in the correct format, a conversion charge of $50 will be incurred.

That s why The Chamber offers two ways to get in touch with our nearly 2,000 member representatives so they know about your event, sale, or announcement. E-Blasts E-BLAST: $250 each or 3 for $600 $200 non-profit rate or 3 for $450 Dedicated s designed by you and sent by us to nearly 2,000 member reps Target: Chamber Members Price: $250 per e-blast or 3 for $600 $200 non-profit rate E-BLAST REQUIREMENTS JPEG format no wider than 650 pixels at 72 dpi Text to appear in the Subject line One of The Chamber s most popular marketing vehicles is our e-blast. One dedicated message can help you communicate a survey, invitation, announcement, or any other message from your business to nearly 2,000 of Lawrence s most influential business leaders and decision makers. You design the message and we distribute it to our database of Chamber members. E-blasts from The Chamber garner open rates well above industry average. E-blasts must be scheduled at least 14 days in advance of the requested date, however, with the popularity of e-blasts, it s recommended to schedule your e-blast as soon as you have a date in mind! E-blasts can be scheduled up to one year in advance. E-blasts are due to Chamber staff at least three business days before the e-blast is scheduled to be sent (due Friday for Tuesday e-blasts, due Monday for Thursday e-blasts). E-blasts not received by the deadline will have to be rescheduled. Special requests will be handled based on availability. URL or the message should link to Name as it should appear on From line Design services are available for $50 per e-blast. E-blasts not sent in the correct format will incur a $50 conversion fee. You can request a detailed report on open rates and click-through rates after each distribution. While we can t set the Reply to a dedicated address, we will forward any and all requests we get in response to your e-blast.

12 Chamber Matters Newsletter sent to nearly 2,000 Chamber member reps every other week Target: Chamber Members Price: $100 - $1,000 The Chamber s update, sent every other week, reaches nearly 2,000 Chamber member representatives and community leaders. Our average open rate is 35 percent, 10 points higher than industry average. Ads are reserved on a monthly basis and are due one week prior to running. Ad space is limited and all ads will also be included in our member monthly e-blast. Maybe it s just restaurants or all employers with more than 50 people. We ll be happy to segment those lists for you for just $50! Please note that due to the sensitive nature of members contact information, a signed contract is needed to utilize the direct mail list. Mailers will also need to be approved by The Chamber before being sent. 12
