These can be managed in a manner that allows the operator to control groundwater levels. RECLAMATION DISTRICT Reclamation District 04 provides for levee and primary drain canal maintenance. Fees are $35 per acre.
4 CELL TOWER LEASE There is a cell tower lease in place that generated approximately $11,475 of rental income in 017. Annual increases are set at 3.5%. WILLIAM SON AC T The farm is enrolled in the Williamson Act (Agricultural Preserve), which provides for a significantly lower property tax bill.
