Hassan is a researcher at the National Research Centre (NRC), Cairo, Egypt. He received his PhD in Bioanalytical Chemistry from Technische Universitaet Braunschweig, Germany in In 2013, he joined the group of Biosensors and Bioelectronics, Technische Universitaet Potsdam, Germany, as a Post-doctoral research fellow. In 2014, he joined the group of Proteomics and Microbiology, UMONS in Mons, Belgium. The major research interest of Dr. Hassan is microbial electrochemistry, nanomaterial-based bioelectrochemical systems and metabolic pathways analysis.
