With broad and extensive experience in all facets of Senior IT Leadership, I know my knowledge, skills, experience with IT governance, change management and program leadership would be a great asset for the University of Wisconsin and the DOIT/CIO Office. For the past 30 years, I have provided IT leadership in variety of organizations with multi-location environments and have learned the skills and strategies necessary to provide effective leadership and direction toward establishing solid governance structures resulting in very successful outcomes. I am experienced in effective communications with all levels necessary to provide proper guidance and consultation for all staff developing and driving strategic direction, decision making processes and ensuring successful implementations by exceeding expectations. I am committed to providing excellent customer service and have over 30 years in positions where I have developed and maintained many collaborative partnerships and networks. Using a positive and enthusiastic approach, I have the ability to effectively develop relationships to influence and motivate staff for optimal performance. Finally, having previously employed at the University of Wisconsin I have knowledge and experience working with faculty and staff at the various departments and campuses.
