3 Welcome BARTHAUER - a successful symbiosis of engineering know-how with innovative software development As a civil engineer I was interested early on in developing software solutions for water management and evolved a passion for software programming. The next logical step was in 1983 the launch of the company BARTHAUER. Through the power of innovation and tireless efforts of our competent staff, BARTHAUER grew in the last 25 years from a pioneer to one of the market leaders. Meanwhile, we model the underground infrastructure of supply and disposal pipes comprehensively in both content and structure. For this we provide both the engineering services as well as the system operator appropriate tools to capture, plan, manage, continue, calculate, operate and rehabilitate. The use of innovative database technology into our products ensures the secure and efficient data communication between client and contractor, whereby particularly for us the data consistency and data integrity has a high priority value.
