2 ABOUT US Summary (IBG), is a privately held Information Technology (IT) enabled Solution Provider, offering unique implementation solutions, services and products to; International Development Partners, Local Government Agencies, Corporations and Non-Profit Organizations, within Ghana, Nigeria and Africa. These ICT enabled implementation offerings cut across the market spaces for Outsourcing, Consulting and Software Technologies. OUR PROFILE We have successfully implemented innovative and impactful projects/programs across our business divisions for private clients across vertical markets and for international clients such as the World Bank Group, DANIDA, The Rockefeller Foundation, International Food and Policy Research Institute (IFPRI), DFID/UK AID. We have also served government agencies/mdas such as the Ministry of Communication, The Public Services Commission, the Judiciary/Judicial Service of Ghana and The Births and Deaths Registry. WHAT WE DO Our vehicle for the implementation of our services, solutions and products is via our business divisions: IBG-BPO (Outsourcing), IBG & Associates (Consulting) and IBG- Software (Technology). CONSULTING-- As an information and technology enabled business services firm, also with implementation expertise in outsourcing and software technologies, we offer niche management, operational and functional consulting solutions; to meet our client s most critical business needs. These consulting offerings cut across: Records and Digitization Implementation, Information Management, Business Process Automation and Management, Business Intelligence, Analytics and Big Data and more. TECHNOLOGY Our technology enabled solutions cover the design, development and implementation of systems, portals, applications, customized solutions and products for organizations across industry. Some of these solutions include: Custom Software Development, System Computerization, Enterprise Systems, Electronic Records and Document Archival Management Systems (ERDAMS), Monitoring and Evaluation Systems, and related egovernment and ebusiness Solutions. OUTSOURCING Our participation in the outsourcing space is fuelled by the implementation of niche information, records and data needs, including the offer of knowledge workers to support local and international clients. Some of these solutions include: Turn-Key Digitization Solutions, Data Processing Solutions, Field/Survey Data Collection, Back- Office Solutions and the provision of Knowledge Outsourced Worker Solutions covering; Market Intelligence Support, Business Intelligence and Analytics Support, Information Management and Information Security Support, Business Analysis and Management Support.

3 How We Work 3 We work through solicitations, enquiries, International and Local Request for Proposals (RFP s), Request for Information (RFI s), Request for Quotation s, Sub- Contract s and Outsourced Representation opportunities. We occasionally implement assignments via Individual Consultancies when approved by the Firm, yet mainly through direct Firm/Company engagements. We also work within a Consortium where required or as a Joint Venture. IBG is managed by a Group Managing Partner & CEO, with supporting partners who head the business divisions; IBG-BPO, IBG & Associates and IBG-Software. There is a Corporate Management Team structure, supported by the operational unit Support Services (Finance, Admin, Sales and Marketing). This team works with Division Heads and their Business and Technical Analysts to grow, deliver and sustain project and business opportunities. Msc in Business Intelligence from Grantham University. Kwame is a Certified AIIM Member. Kwame is a business and management consultant by profession with extensive functional expertise in business development, strategy, business process automation and management, business intelligence, market research, digital strategies and related. As a founder of IBG, and active in its implementation initiatives, he has worked with several subject matter/functional experts across industry and also with group consultants; to deliver on key projects for clients such as the World Bank Group, UNICEF, DANIDA, The Ministry of Communication among other MDAs and private businesses. Frank is a seasoned marketing and information technology professional with proven functional expertise in the Financial and ICT industry. His areas of specialization are in product development, consumer research, integrated marketing communications, image building and brand standards. He also has extensive experience in business development, market research including project management and implementation. Engineering Business Management from Birmingham University and Mechanical Engineering from Wales University. Chris is a Certified AIIM Member. Chris is a seasoned Software Architect and Solutions Practitioner. He has extensive experience working across West- Africa with over 20 years application software development and implementation know-how using several technologies some of which notably include UNIFY/GUPTA, Microsoft, PHP, Java, J2ME, Oracle etc. He has extensive Data base modeling, Software Engineering, Webbased Project Management and Data Collection Tools, M&E Systems and more. 5 P a g e

He is a seasoned management consultant who has lead and implemented several developmental projects in Nigeria and UK. He has extensive practice in the implementation of Private, Government and International Agency sponsored projects. His functional expertise covers internal control, operational risk management, business development, contracting, project management and implementation. Daniel is IBG s seasoned Records Management Consultant and Archivist. He is a professional member of the Records Society of Great Britain and Ghana. He is a certified ISO (Information Management) Consultant. He was a consultant for PRAAD from 1986 to His professional and technical experience include; the development of Archival Regulations, Design and Implementation of Records Center Systems, Records Management Procedures and training. Dominic is IBG-BPO s seasoned Digitization Project Manager and Certified Scanning Engineer. He has worked on several digitization initiatives in Ghana and Nigeria. The most recent included the digitization of records under the Ghana Census Project, the conversion of 18 million records for the institute of Human Virology in Nigeria and the conversion of 2.5 Million records for the Births and Deaths Registry.

He is a lead ISO Cybersecurity Manager and Lead ISO Implementer Shem Byakagaba is IBG s seasoned M&E Consultant. He is a certified associate in Investigation Prosecution Skills as well as Procurement who has lead and implemented several projects developmental projects in Uganda. He has extensive practice in the implementation of Private, Government and International Agency sponsored projects. His functional expertise covers supervisory management, security and intelligence, internal control, contracting, project management and implementation. Edem is a seasoned Enterprise Security Architect who has worked on and resolved security incidents ranging from cyberattacks from politically motivated nation state attackers, denial of service attacks, cybercrime and advanced persistent threat actors, financial fraud cases, etc. His professional and technical experience include; network, web and internet security, management of security operations, hacker techniques, exploits and security incident management, digital forensics and security investigations.. 7 P a g e
