1 Gartner Events On Demand Quick Guide 1. Log in to Events On Demand Do you have a gartner.com username and password? This is all you need to access Events On Demand. Don t remember your gartner.com username and password? Click on Forgot username or password on the login page. Don t have a gartner.com username and password? Create a username and password by clicking on Sign Up then New to Gartner? Register now. *Note: The username and the password are the same as those for your Gartner.com account. Logged in to Events On Demand? You can can view full sessions, comment on sessions, manage favorites and much more. Logged out? You can still view Trailers and Exhibitor Sessions for a taste of what to expect. 2. Navigate the Site Click My Sessions, scroll down and use the filters to search through events or sessions you have access to. Click the i button to flip an event card over and see details about the event. Alternatively, click All Events, find your event, flip the card over, select View this Event. Purchase Events or Sessions Nonattendees may purchase sessions from Events On Demand by logging in with their Gartner IDs, selecting sessions of interest and then using the in-site shopping cart to purchase. Click the event or sessions you wish to purchase and proceed to checkout. You can also purchase individual sessions from an events landing page. 5 6. Share, Comment and Add Sessions to Favorites Click My Sessions. Share links to events and sessions via and social media. Add, manage and share Favorites. Post and read user comments on sessions. Attended a Gartner event? You will receive a post-event with instructions on how to access your complimentary Events On Demand content. What if my event wasn t recorded? In 2013, if you are a paid registrant of a Gartner event, you will receive complimentary access to Gartner Events On Demand content. If the event you attended has occurred or will occur within 3 months of the same Gartner event (e.g., Symposium/ITxpo ) in another region (which has been recorded), you will receive access to that event s recorded sessions. If there is no matching event, you will receive 25 Session credits that may be used to view any recorded sessions from past or future Gartner events. Didn t attend?
