2 WELCOME In this session, we will discuss some of the important MBS enhancements that in the upcoming 4.10 release of MBS, as well as the release scheduled for late this year. We ll also discuss future plans for MBS, beyond the next release. 2

12 TASK MANAGEMENT / TROUBLE Added support for Region-based routing. Added support for technician task/ticket skill assessment when making assignments. Smart-check functionality added to Tasks, so that custom rules can be embedded into tasks for handling child tasks. (coming soon!) API updates: Support region and skill updates from 3 rd party applications. Support attachments to tasks and tickets. 12

13 TASK MANAGEMENT / TROUBLE When a Task Department has Region relationships, Region on task is automatically assigned based on customer city or zip code. Task required skills are automatically assigned to task, optional skills need to be selected. Possible assignee list is based on region/skill. 13

21 SESSION UNDO CDG would like to build a function that allows Completed or Canceled sessions to be set back to Incomplete, with these limitations: Must be the most recent completed session. No billing must have occurred since the session was last touched. SAM and external party considerations will need to be addressed manually, as needed. 21

22 ON-DEMAND BILL CDG is exploring two methods of generating an on-demand bill, to satisfy the various requirements we ve heard from our customers. From MBS: We plan to create a function to generate a bill-like statement that will include: balance information, unbilled payments, adjustments, non-recurring and prorate charges, and taxes this statement can be used to help a new user understand their first bill. From Cash Drawer: We are looking at using Cash Drawer to generate a one-time invoice, and show that invoice and balance in MBS and E-Care paying that invoice would complete the Cash Drawer transaction. 22

23 DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT SOLUTION Create document templates. Rules for filling out Integration with 3 rd party signature capture solution. Attach to customer in MBS via API. 23
