1 SAP Developments tracker (By Pablo Albertotti) Story: Bruce works for Gotham's SAP Consultancy, a company focused on delivering SAP technical solutions to customers supporting sustain and implementation projects. As a SAP Development Lead, he is responsible for managing the scope of required developments for his current project and leading the implementation from business requirement until its implementation in production system. He manages distributed teams across several locations, therefore he needs to travel quite often. Bruce needs an app that allows him to check on the cloud the current developments scope and status in order to track in a very efficient way the project timelines. The SAP Fiori app that we are going to build, will allow Bruce to get no matter the device he uses, the full updated developments list with their status, developer assigned, transport request, timelines and leave notes to the developers. Also, the app will offer the option to create new developments in case the business wants to increase the scope.

3 Point of View: Bruce, the developer lead needs a single tool to get the status for all developments with the option to create new ones and keep a log of activities, leave messages and share the status with his colleagues and management using a single tool in all his devices, so he can also be efficient using his smartphone, tablet or laptop. Project lead can easily see which deliverables are already done And leave notes to the developer or read message from him

5 Add new development Add new development to the scope feature, quick and easy. SAP WEB IDE App Prototype Master Page with Search option by Project name implemented fully functional. High level details already shown before opening the project Detail View organized with Icon Tab Filters, so you can see the relevant information Scope, Attachments, Notes or Add a new development

6 Search Example: By only typing part of the name, it already shows up Add new Development Option: Option to add a new development to the Project scope, filling up most important fields for a quick update (mobile friendly) Both Add & Clear buttons show Toast Message to confirm the action:

7 Navigation between Views: Selecting any development on the list, the details will appear on a Development Details View. (Data binding included) Development Details View will follow: Option to see & change the timelines, Deliverables and Add Notes for future reference. Toast message to inform when the delivery date is changed: (By clicking in any date on the calendar)

8 Deliverables Section: Using checkbox, the developer can quickly inform the status of all development s deliverables Notes Section: Direct link to the Developer mail address, to inform of any change.
