4 SAP Fiori Configuration Cockpit The SAP Fiori Configuration Cockpit (FCC) is a central configuration tool to create and maintain the SAP Fiori launchpad sites in the cloud. With the FCC administrators can easily manage the launchpad settings and edit content such as apps, roles, groups and catalogs. The configuration cockpit provides out of the box services for SAP Fiori launchpad sites like translation, theming and transport management. 4

11 Dashboard Dashboard Provides a holistic view on the launchpad sites, with key KPIs reflecting the launchpad content and configuration status and a health check. The dash board comes with several number tiles, to quickly overview the status of apps, catalogs, groups, roles and used themes. Clicking tiles, icons and screen elements will navigate the user to related areas. 11

12 Launchpad Site Settings Settings Launchpad management, and runtime properties, for example: SAPUI5 version Enable / disable user personalization on the launcher Shows status and publication time/date of the FLP site Perform actions on the launchpad level, such as clear HTML5 application cache, activation site etc. 12

13 Content Editor Apps and Tiles Manage apps, SAP Fiori (HTML5) or backend systems (SAP GUI, Web Dynpro ABAP etc.) and configure its properties Catalogs Manage and configure catalogs, an authorization objects that bundle apps and assigned to roles Groups - Subset of apps, displayed as tiles / links in the launchpad Roles Create and manage roles through FCC based on SAP Cloud Platform Portal roles, allow assignment to catalogs and groups 13

14 Services and Tools The FCC provides a set of useful tools around the configuration work. Under Service & Tools the admins can manage translations for FLP sites, create own customized themes, assign custom themes to apps and transport content by using import and export functions. Translations Manage translations for the launchpad. Easy steps: download master language, translate, upload back to launchpad. UI theme designer Create your own custom theme to adjust visual appearance of launchpad and apps. Theme Manager - Manage and assign custom themes to launchpad. Transport Manager Transport content packages between SAP Cloud Platform accounts using export and import functions. Web Assistance Use for inline and guided user assistance and documentation. 14

16 Usage Analytics The Usage Analytics service displays a dashboard with key KPIs / statistics related to usage of your launchpad site: Examples for site level KPIs: Visits/visitors - Measures web traffic by hour, day, week, or month, during a selected period of time. The number of visits indicates the total number of sessions, whereas the number of visitors indicates unique logged in users. Device Types - displays the device types from which the site was accessed. Example for app level KPIs: Average Visit Duration (sec) - Displays the average length of a visit per application in seconds 16
