44 Maintenance Management Lessons learned and derived requirements To reduce efforts for regression testing maintenance for all SAP Public Cloud offerings should be done at the same time. Furthermore synchronization with upgrade of OnPrem components is necessary. In case of business critical issues with a new release at only few customers, certain flexibility would be appreciated (e.g. shift to another cluster with later maintenance slot). The cloud provider shall apply any changes to SAP Public Cloud software, in a way that full business continuity is ensured on OnPrem landscape (near zero downtime).
