Measurements are taken in the field using the ultrasonic tool, which is connected directly to an Android app that instantaneously calculates: wear percentage, component hours worked and remaining predicted life. This solution allows you to record the conditions of the ground and analyze the status of each individual component, with the option of integrating your inspection data with images and comments. OFFLINE OPERATION. Data are stored in the cloud for easy web access, without the worry of having to install software. Once recorded, data are automatically transferred to a centralized database for report generation. Inspection can even be completed offline if there is no Internet access. Data will synchronize once the network is available again, so you always have the updated status of each individual components, wherever you are. SCHEDULE YOUR INSPECTION. You can schedule inspection for individual machines or whole fleets, according to usage, dates or a day of the month, receiving a reminder every time inspection is due. This allows you to plan detailed maintenance, optimize spare parts inventory and avoid costly machine downtime. Furthermore, the system will automatically calculate which inspections are overdue and it will automatically remove them from the schedule once they have been carried out.
