After registration at the Incentive portal he can claim each system sales. Once approved the reward will be automatically loaded onto a personalized, reloadable, prepaid MasterCard. The OpenScape Office + MasterCard chip and pin card is accepted at over 25 million locations worldwide. The money can be spend up to the balance on the card at each point where MasterCard s will be accepted. All transactions are authorised online at the point of sale. 4 OpenScape Office Xtra Cash EMPAC IC Partner Sales Incentive Program Introduction and Promotion Outline: Introduction The one thing in Common with all Sales reps is that they are coin operated. While many believe that Sales commission alone should be enough to promote Sales, it is a proven fact that special incentive programs that supplement basic commission are an effective way to promote desired behaviour. Targeting Sales reps for incentive programs makes perfect sense because they direct the sales by recommending the brands/products that best meets the prospect s need. In order to push the Partner Sales in Europe and Asia, with a strong focus on the, OpenScape Office, as strategic product, SEN EMEA decide to incentivise with their new OpenScape Office Xtra Cash Program the Sales reps of their Go Forward partners to influence the sale at the point of decision. After detailed analysis and evaluation of possible options, we choose a Reward Card System as an effective and efficient Incentive method with little waste because the investment and expenses are directly associated to a sale. What is the program about? The OpenScape Office Xtra Cash program provides the Sales Representatives (SalesRep) of SEN Go- Forward partners the opportunity to earn money for each sale of a qualifying product from the Siemens Enterprise Communication portfolio. After registration at the Incentive portal he can claim each system sales. Once approved the reward will be automatically be loaded onto a personalized, reloadable, prepaid MasterCard. The OpenScape Office + MasterCard chip and pin card is accepted at over 25 million locations worldwide. The money can be spend up to the balance on the card at each points where MasterCards will be accepted. All transactions are authorised online at the point of sale. Who can participate? Qualified for participating in this program is each Sales Person from our Go Forward partners, selling our award winning OpenScape Office and the Hipath3000 products to End customers. The Go Forward partner and must be Headquartered in on of the released program countries. Sales Person must be employed by the GoForward partner and verified by their managers during the registration process. Only individual persons can register for the program, Sales Teams or departments and the partner organisations as a company can not participate in the program. Employees of our distributors or members from Siemens Enterprise GmbH&Co KG as well as related SEN offices and entities can not participate in this program. In which countries is the Program active? The OpenScapeOffice Xtra Cash program is released in the following countries: UK, Denmark, Sweden Norway, Finland, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland, Rumania, Hungary, Portugal, Turkey, Spain. 4

5 The rollout in the following countries is preparation: Netherlands, Italy, Poland, Slovenia, Croatia, CZ, Russia (target date: 01. March.2012) Which Products Qualify for claiming a Cash Reward? Rewards can be claimed for one or a combination of the following qualifying products: Amount of Reward OpenScape Office MX 75 OSO MX as a gateway for LX 75 OpenScape Office LX 150 OpenScape Office LX as Hosted Scenario 15 OpenScape Office HX 50 OpenScape Office Contact Centre 50 OpenScape Web Collaboration 50 HiPath HiPath 3300 / HiPath 3500 / HiPath The qualifying Products must consist of a minimum configuration: Minimum configuration to be ordered to qualify for reward H3k CCU + trunk card + extension card Handsets (equivalent to system config & capacity) HX Not base license alone, must have user licenses ordered at same time Must be activated on CLS by VAR MX - as a standalone system Base lic + OSO MX box + trunk card + extension card Must be activated on CLS by VAR Handsets (equivalent to system config & capacity) MX - as a gateway for LX Base lic 10 user Plus + OSO MX box + Trunk Card? Must be activated on CLS by VAR LX as a standalone system Not base license alone, must have user licenses ordered at same time Must be activated on CLS by VAR Handsets (equivalent to system config & capacity) LX - in a Hosted Scenario Base licence with minimum 5 User licences Only new and complete systems can be claimed for reward. Pure Licence expansions and system Updates as well as spare parts will not be accepted as qualifying Products. System must sold to an Endcustomer located in one of the participating countries (SalesOut). Cross-boarder business will not be accepted in this promotion. 5

6 Process Description How will I get my money? One a claim is approved your reward will automatically be loaded onto your prepaid MasterCard within 72hrs. Your OpenScapeOffice + MasterCard chip and pin card is accepted at over 25 million locations worldwide. You can spend up to the balance of shown on your statement so whether you want to save up for something special or just simply treat yourself at your favourite restaurant, it is a great way of spending your rewards. The money will be transferred to the card in (in UK in Pounds) and the card will be valid for 2 years. Your card can not be used to buy fuel, obtain cash, set up direct debits, for online gambling, or settle balance on credit card. Can I use the Mastercard as a normal Credit Card? No, the OpenScape Office Award card is not a normal credit card. You can just spend the money on the card if the balance is to low or 0 you need to wait until your next system sale and claim. If you are using an Incentive Award Card already, we can also transfer the money to this card. In this case, please get in touch with your local administrator. How to register? In order to participate in the program SalesRep needs to register at out the SEN Incentive Program portal via link He will be directed to the start page of the portal. By clicking on the link Register here, the user will be rout to the registration page. He needs to complete registration process on first visit: 6

7 The SalesRep needs to provide the following information during the registration process: First Name Sure Name Address Contact Phone Number Company name Job Titel Company Address Country In addition to your personal date we will ask you for the following information Managers Name Address We will ask permission from the manager or business owner of the SalesRep, take part in the program. An automated will be send to the Manager ask for permission and verification of the sales person. 7

8 An individual will have to complete registration process as above as well as accept scheme terms and conditions. The individual will receive an to confirm that we have received their registration form. All registrations will be sent to the local SEN administrator to either approve or decline. Once the decision has been made by SEN, the individual will then receive a further either with log-in details, or an to explain that their application has been rejected. User then logs in using their Username & password. The default language of the program page is depending on the country you are located in. as portal languages we provide English, German, French, Spain, Italien and Russia.. 10 What can I find on the programme portal? a) Reward Card information All approved awards will be automatically loaded to cards within 72 hours. Users will not have to request the transfer. 10

11 How to submit a claim? To submit a claim you need to log on the portal page under the provided link. With only 8 Steps and a view information regarding your sales success it is possible to submit a claim for further approval. Step 1 - If hardware and software are shipped on 2 invoices please supply both distributor invoice numbers Step 2 - Select Distributor Name who you bought the solution from Step 3 - Add date of Invoice Step 4 - Add product you are claiming for. You can add additional licenses for OpenScape Office HX, Contact Centre and Web Collaboration Step 5 - Add End User Customer Name. This is for our information only and will not be used for marketing purposes Step 6 - Add Number of Users. Step 7 - Add End User Vertical (not mandatory) Step 8 - Click Submit The provided information will be checked against the Pint of Sales Report of the distributor for approval. In case of any discrepancies between your information and the distributors POS the claim will be send to the local administrator for manual approval. b) Claim Status You can see the actual status of your claims on the page Claim Status. 11

12 Rewards Statement and Card Balance Under the section Reward Statement you can check your pending claims and the amount of the already approved Claims. If you have already received your personalised OpenScapeOffice + MasterCard the amount shown as approved claims was automatically upload to the card. The MasterCard statement holds private transaction and is personalised to you. We therefore do not hold the information on the Incentive award portal as seen below. The Approved Claims value above therefore details the total of approved claims only and may not be the actual value on your OpenScape Office + MasterCard because it does not take into consideration any transactions. For more information about your actual card balance you need to visit the following webside: 12

13 TERMS During the registration process you need to accept the Terms and conditions of this program. Please read them carefully and accept them by clicking on the related Tick-box. Example Page : 13

14 Lets s talk about Tax In all participating countries the rewards payment is treated as taxable income and may be considered direct compensation for the purposes of taxation, national insurance or social security contributions (or equivalent taxes or social charges applicable under local law). The participants are solely responsible for any federal, state, provincial taxes, social security, national insurance contributions, social charge or other taxes that may be imposed as a result of receiving prizes under the Incentive. In addition to the personal reporting obligation the rewards may be resulting in reporting or tax obligations of the partner, the sales rep is employed. The participant has the obligation to discuss further implications with his partner. On request SEN will provide al necessary information to the partners, that they can fulfil their obligations. Support in other languages can be provided on request 14

15 Card Delivery and Activation After the successful submission and approval of the first claim you will receive your MasterCard Chip and PIN Incentive Award Card by post from our partner Edenred. On receipt of the card, you must sign the back of your card with a ball point pen, and then activate it to receive your PIN. The activation code will be send in a separate letter (see example attached). The activation of your card is done in 4 steps: To activate the card you need to call the activation hotline +44 (0) After the welcome announcement you need to press the 2 key on your phone to select the activation process. You will then asked to enter your card number and then press # key on your phone. You will then be asked to enter your activation code. Your activation code is a 6 digit code send in a separate letter before. You will then be given your 4 digit PIN number. Please ensure you remember your PIN and keep it safe. 18 Promotions Terms and Conditions This offer can not be combined with any other SEN specific rebate, promotion or other incentive program offers, including pricing discounts received through SEN Project Pricing process. SEN reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion of this program at any time.
