3 1. Introduction 1.1. Purpose of the document The document describes the differences of the CLS licensing process between this product (feature) and the standard process of HiPath License Management (see document License Guidelines). 2. Product Information 2.1. General a) Each system (except a Demo system) requires either OSCC A V7.0 Base Pack Agile or OSCC A V7.0 Base Info but not both. b) It is possible to upgrade to V7.0 from previous HiPath ProCenter Versions (V6.0 and V6.5). c) OSCC A V7.0 Base Info is added as base feature when a system is upgraded to V7.0. This feature does not contain any other licenses. d) All upgrades from systems < V6.0 are handled as new V7.0 system orders. e) The product can be ordered linear or via a configuration tool. Via configuration tool the order must be activated as whole and has a system ID. f) OSCC A V7.0 Base Pack Agile includes 5 * User and 1* Manager licenses. g) The maximum User quantity per system is different depending on the PBX type to which the ProCenter system is connected. h) Agent Desktop quantity has to be less or equal the quantity sum of User licenses (incl. those of the base pack). i) Associate Desktop quantity has to be less or equal the quantity sum of User licenses (incl. those of the base pack). j) User quantity has to be less or equal the quantity sum of Agent Desktop and Associate Desktop licenses. k) Callback quantity has to be less or equal the quantity sum of Agent Desktop and Associate Desktop licenses Features Feature # Feature Name F31505-K78-A1 F31505-K78-A2 F31505-K78-A3 F31505-K78-A4 F31505-K78-A5 F31505-K78-A6 F31505-K78-A7 OSCC A V7.0 User OSCC A V7.0 Manager OSCC A V7.0 Agent Desktop OSCC A V7.0 Associate Desktop OSCC A V7.0 Call Director OSCC A V7.0 User OSCC A V7.0 Callback User 3

6 6. Shift Partial shift is not possible. 7. License Transfer Nothing special 8. Upgrade 8.1. HPPC Agile V6.0 OSCC Agile V7.0 It is possible to upgrade from HiPath ProCenter Agile V6.0. For each V6.0 Telephony Agent one upgrade feature ( OSCC A V7.0 Upgrade per Agent ) is required. The required upgrade license quantity is increased by the fact that the base and promotion feature also include agent licenses. It is not possible to upgrade when there are more than 150 Telephony Agents. In this case the system has to be upgraded to product OpenScape Contact Center Enterprise V7.0. Only the whole V6.0 system can be upgraded. The MAC Address cannot be changed during the upgrade process. The required quantity can be calculated using this formula: Quantity of HiPath ProCenter Agile V6.0 Telephony Agent + 5 (Agents that are included in HiPath ProCenter Agile V6.0 Basic) + 15 * Quantity of HiPath ProCenter Agile V6.0 Promotion package Upgrade Mapping Table: HiPath ProCenter Agile V6.0 Mapping Qty. HPPC V6.5 OSCC Agile V7.0 It is possible to upgrade from HiPath ProCenter Agile/Standard V6.5. For each V6.5 Agent one upgrade feature ( OSCC A V7.0 Upgrade per Agent ) is required. It is not possible to upgrade when there are more than 150 Telephony Agents. In this case the system has to be upgraded to product OpenScape Contact Center Enterprise V7.0. In this case an error message (see Figure 2 Error in case of upgrade from mode Standard) will be shown and the upgrade process cannot be finished.
