4 REVISED REQUIREMENTS TO EARN THE GRI DESIGNATION All requirements must be completed within five years from your first class. An application fee is due and payable with your first module registration First class: after 1/1/97 X X X X X X X two additional 300 classes* First class: after 1/1/2001 X X N/A X X X X X two additional 300 classes* If your first class was taken prior to 12/2000 and you did not take 103 prior to class discontinuance, you must take a total of three 300 classes plus the required 308. Two-day classes: 101, all of the 200 series classes,308 and 3. All other classes are one-day. All classes begin at 8:00 a.m. Please note the Module 3 will count as two electives. Pricing: Please contact the Course Provider to verify cost of each class COURSE ALTERNATIVE: If you have been in real estate for 3 yrs or more or had a production of 36 closed transaction sides, you are eligible to take a one or two day 300 series elective in lieu of the GRI 100 and/or two days of the 300 elective series in lieu of GRI 101 in addition to the required two electives.
