This form contains the entire agreement between parties. 2. All advertisers are invoiced from date of contract, or as stated, for the above specified advertisement, and all invoices are payable within thirty (30) days from invoice date. The advertiser and the advertising agency, if any, placing the advertisement for publication shall be liable for payment of accounts. There will be absolutely no refunds for unused insertions. 3. AGC reserves the right not to publish an advertisement upon default in payment of any installment due hereunder. 4. Cancellation of advertisement will be accepted only if received in writing not less than (10) business days in advance of publication closing date. Otherwise, advertiser will be held liable for insertion order. 5. No commissions will be paid to above listed agencies through AGC. 6. Advertiser agrees to hold harmless from any liability or expense, occasioned by any claim or proceeding, instituted by a third party resulting from the presentation of Advertisers Ad. 7. Advertisers are responsible for camera-ready art unless otherwise stated on above agreement. Advertiser will be billed the current rate for any changes, alterations or conversions as required. 8. The advertiser reserves right of first refusal on specified placement at time of renewal. 9. This agreement cannot be altered, except if approved in writing by AGC.
