2 Paywhiz50 is versatile software that can be customized by the user to accommodate his own manner of Payroll computations. The software has user-definable additions/deductions along with back-end interfacing with Income Tax module, wherein Tax Deduction at Source (TDS) estimations may be arrived at from month-to-month. The software is currently being used by banks, MNCs, BPOs, SMEs, schools, colleges and other large corporates. Auto process of data for subsequent month based on: - Either data from the previous month or - XLS import, wherein XLS files, which include Attendance Data, Rate Card, Leave & Loan Register along with specific override features. Also additional sheet for annual information received from employees is provided. The software permits editing of individual employee Payroll data for any variations. Payslips are self-generated in any of 9 predefined formats. Software facilitates data export, which in turn may be linked to Microsoft Word format of Payslip, thus enabling user to create his own format of payslips. In addition, payslips may be printed, exported to Word / PDF format, ed to employee or posted to intranet/internet. Comprehensive coverage of PF, ESIC & PT module. You may select specific branch(es) and also the sorting order. Payslips are available in multiple formats allowing you to select the contents you wish to be included in format of your choice. Transfer Instruction Letter gives you a ready listing with account number and amount to submit to your bank. Slab summary contributions, PF balance statement, etc. An overall summary of additions and deductions for the complete year can be obtained from Earn Card Provident Fund module includes all important forms like Form 3A, 5, 6A, 7, 10, 12A, etc., and reports like PF/Pension monthly/yearly contribution of balance statement, etc. The TDS modules enables you get reports like Salary Statement, TDS Deduction.
