To define the duty roaster for the operators Ability to assign target to produce the required qty for the operator on the specified machine Schedule the dates with the sub contract vendors for the inspection against the work order Semi Finished Goods Request Provision to raise semi finished goods request against work order 3 Production Control Line Entry WIP Rework Provision for updating the production details in the WIP based on the Work Order No. wise and Operation wise. Here the information such as Produced, Rejection, Scarp, missing qty etc will be entered. More over the type of rejection and reason for rejection is also being maintained. Also Tools used for this operation and amount of usage is also maintained over here. Similarly rework job is also monitored and production of the same being updated.
