8 ibooking is a next generation web based Reservation System and Booking Engine specially designed for the hospitality market. ibooking can be used for Hotel website integration ibooking is designed to customize and integrates into hotel website. It is not a link to external booking page. PMS Interface ibooking provides 2 ways interface to your PMS system (eg. Fidelio/Opera) Loyalty points system ibooking can integrate with igrm to provides Frequent Guest program and Partner/Booker program.

9 isurvey is a survey questionnarie system designed especially for the hospitality market. isurvey will ensure you keep track of your guest satisfaction and feedback on hand. Hotel website integration isurvey can assist you to perform survey online and track valuable feedback. PMS Interface isurvey is able to interface with your PMS system to extract Checkout guests and them for survey. Membership system isurvey can integrate with igrm or CRM system to extract member info and for survey. TMS system isurvey can integrate with itms for complete guest satisfaction feedback Customizable Questionnarie, templates, look and feel are fully customizable to suit your hotel/restaurant needs. Statistic and reports isurvey provides valuable guest feedback statistic and reports.
