It is not a link to external booking page. PMS Interface ibooking provides 2 ways interface to your PMS system (eg. Fidelio/Opera) Loyalty points system ibooking can integrate with igrm to provides Frequent Guest program and Partner/Booker program.

Hotel website integration isurvey can assist you to perform survey online and track valuable feedback. PMS Interface isurvey is able to interface with your PMS system to extract Checkout guests and them for survey. Membership system isurvey can integrate with igrm or CRM system to extract member info and for survey.
