20 Charter Club Q&A (General) Q: How will the move-ins occur? A: Top Down once entire building is complete. Q: What are the dimensions of the storage bins and where are they located? A: Storage areas are 5 ft. wide x 5 ft. deep x 7 ft. tall and are located in the underground garage. Q: Are the unit doorways and bathroom facilities handicap compliant? A: Yes, unit doorways and bathroom facilities are accessible.

21 Charter Club Q&A (Kitchens) Q: Will drawers or pull-out shelves be available instead of fixed shelves in lower kitchen cabinets? A: Yes, as upgrades. Q: Will there be lights under the upper kitchen cabinets? A: Yes, under cabinet lights are standard. Q: Will convection ovens be available? A: Yes, convection ovens are standard.

22 Charter Club Q&A (Bathrooms) Q: Will a shower seat be available in the master shower? A: The standard master shower is a roll-in shower with a full-height glass front. A fold-down seat is available as an upgrade. A built-in seat is available as a customization. Q: Will a shower seat be available in the showers in the other bathrooms? A: The standard showers in the other bathrooms are step-in showers with a shower curtain rod. A fold-down seat is available as an upgrade.

Q: Are walk-in tubs an option? A: Yes, as a customization ; approval is contingent on the rough-in requirements of the walk-in tub (they must match the rough-in requirements of the shower being replaced).

A: Yes, as a customization ; approval is contingent on the rough-in requirements of the alternate toilet fixture (they must match the rough-in requirements of the standard toilet fixture: Koehler Highline). Q: How high will the toilet seats be? A: 17.5 inches Q: What is location of toilet paper holder? A: To the side and in front of toilet (not behind)

A: Hardwood flooring is available per the standards, upgrades and/or customizations offered in the marketing showroom (please consult with Beth). Q: Will there be anything on the windows? A: Yes, pre-installed, built-in roller shades are standard window treatment throughout the building

A: Variable Refrigerant Volume ( VRV ) System by Daikin; a custom-designed system from the world s leading HVAC manufacturer that keeps all areas comfortable at a fraction of the energy cost.

A: Resident access to buildings and apartments will be via their key fob; visitor access will be by sign-in either at King Farm Boulevard or the new entrance at the Center for Healthy Living (per IKF policy) Q: Will Verizon (FIOS) be offered? A: Internet service provider will be Comcast or Verizon; Comcast is currently available in King Farm; Verizon FIOS is not (negotiations pending). Q: Will there be telephone jacks in each room? A: Yes, telephone jacks are standard in all living areas.
