Ready House has capability to provide full turnkey solutions in Prefab construction works. READY HOUSE FEATURES It can be easily assembled in the factory as well as on site. We have an ability to execute Turn-Key Projects. We always use high quality materials to satisfy our clients. Easy and economical transportation to any location. Excellent Heat and Cold Thermal Insulation. We have capacity to design and build standard Ready Houses as per customer's requirement. 4

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION A- Floor Assembly: A-1: Base Frame: I-Beam 140 mm spaced according to the requirement of load distribution. Two Lifting Points at each side.

A-4: Floor Covering: 1.5 mm thick vinyl tiles in Mass hall area & Accommodation floor covered with carpet. A-5: Wet Areas Floor Covering: 1.

All Openings for doors, Windows and air-conditioning are properly framed and reinforced and meet the design criteria. External wall covered with 0.35 mm thick pre-painted low rib corrugated sheets.

Cleaned, primed and painted with anti rust paint. A-2: Floor Deck Frame: 40 x 40 steel tube 1.5 mm 40 cm center to center. A-3: Floor Deck: Floor deck with 18 mm plywood sheets. A-4: Floor Covering: 1.5 mm thick vinyl tiles in Mass hall area & Accommodation floor covered with carpet. A-5: Wet Areas Floor Covering: 1.5 mm thick Vinyl sheet for wet flooring areas with welded joints. B-Walls Assembly B-1:Exterior Walls: External wall made with 50 mm Ready House panel system. All Openings for doors, Windows and air-conditioning are properly framed and reinforced and meet the design criteria. External wall covered with 0.35 mm thick pre-painted low rib corrugated sheets. Internal wall finish with 4 mm thick decorative plywood. B-2:Internal Walls: Internal wall made with 50 mm thick Ready House panel system. Both side covered with 4 mm thick decorative plywood. Kitchen & toilet wall made with water proof panel system. C- Roof Assembly: C-1: Roof Structure 40 x 80 & 40 x 40 steel tube 1.5 mm thick pre-printed off- White High Rib corrugated sheet. D-Ceiling Assembly: Accommodation Ceiling made with 6 mm plywood white color sheets, All offices ceiling made with 600 x 600 tiles. 50 mm thick insulation layer of fiber Glass wool between joists Clear Ceiling Height is 2420 mm. 5

G- Windows: 100 x 100 mm aluminum window with 6 mm clear glass horizontal sliding type with removable fly screen Mesh. H- Electrical: H-1: Power Supply: 220 v, 60 Hz, Load Centers 3 phase.

H-3: Receptacles: 220 v outlets, standard MK type for circuit outlets. 220 v outlets, Standard MK type for A/c units. H-4: Wiring: Copper romex cable to all devices and fixers.

Common Toilet Area include Eastern or Western type toilet & Wash Basin. Note: This is the standard model equipped with the basic features.
