DESCRIPTION QTY UNIT RATE (ELECTRICAL WORK) (A) Light Wiring 1 Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of point wiring of light points / Fan points /6A socket outlets /16A sockets etc. using modular type accessories and PVC conduit pipe 2mm thick complete with all accessories like heavy duty junction boxes, PVC bends, pull boxes with PVC / Bakelite covers etc. The work scope cover cost of modular accessories, PVC pipe conduiting system on wall, false ceiling or concealed piping including wall chiseling, laying of conduits during slab casting, installation of conduits in wall with GI staples / saddles etc. included in scope of contractor. The tools and consumables like hacksaw blades, to be arranged by contractor. The job shall be inclusive of cutting the chases in the walls for conduit fixing and refilling the same up to brick level for final plaster matching by the civil contractor. Complete work has to be executed strictly as per drawing, specifications to ensure good aesthetics, line and level. The conduit shall be fixed on wall / slab at every 450mm distance by saddles. 3

Light point / wall fan / exhaust fan wiring using 2 No. 1.5mm2 PVC flexible copper wire 1100V grade for phase and neutral with 1 No. 1 mm2 PVC flexible copper wire for earth. i. 1 light point controlled by 1 No. 6A modular switch ii. Secondary light point wiring from existing light point with cost of wire and pipe etc. iii. 1 light point controlled by 2 Nos. 6A double control switch 70 Nos. 70 Nos. 10 Nos. 2 Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of circuit wiring of circuit / mains from light DB to switch board / inverter wiring and power wiring from DB to socket outlet using PVC conduit 2mm thick with all conduit accessories. The work scope covers conduiting system on walls, trusses, in racks or concealed including wall chiseling laying of conducts during slab casting, installation of conduits in wall with saddle, cost of PVC copper conductor FRLS included in scope of contractor. The tools consumables required for this installation shall be (The conduit shall be provided with GI saddles at every 450mm distance complete work has to be executed strictly as per drawing and specifications to ensure work as per standard and aesthetics. The job shall be inclusive of cutting the recess in the walls for conduit fixing and refilling the same upto brick level for final plaster matching by the civil contractor.) 4

5 a. 2 No. 2.5sqmm PVC flexible 180 Mtr copper wires for phase and neutral with 1 No. 1sqmm PVC flexible copper wire for earth (for circuit wire). b. 2x6 mm2+1x2.5 mm2 Copper 180 Mtr wires (for UPS DB supply) 3 Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of switchboards in sheet metal housing and consisting of modular plate type ingredients i.e. switches, plug sockets etc. as detailed below including MS modular box and plate. The board may be concealed in wall or exposed mounted on wall / mounted on wiring race way of furniture module, partition etc. In case of race way, slot cutting in race way for mounting of switch plates shall be included in the scope of work. i. Powerpoint having 16A 6 pin socket and 16A switch modular type with modular sheet and copper wiring with 2x2.5sqmm PVC Copper wire + 1x1.5sqmm copper earth wire from DB to powerpoint with cost of PVC conduit. ii. Light plug having 6A 5 pin socket and 6A switch modular type with modular sheet and copper wiring with 2x2.5sqmm PVC Copper wire +1x1.5sqmm copper earth wire from DB to light plug with cost of PVC conduit (3 light plugs can be looped in one circuit). 15 Nos. 55 Nos. 5

A.C. point having 25A 6 pin 7 Nos. socket and 25A switch modular type with modular sheet and copper wiring with 2x4sqmm PVC Copper wire 1x2.5sqmm copper earth wire from DB to A.C. point with cost of PVC conduit. (B) FIXTURES 4 Erection, testing & commissioning of box type fitting / CFL fitting / mirror optical fitting complete with Cu wound choke, CFL lamp / energy saving tube rod T-5, directly on wall / in false ceiling / embedded in RCC roof with screws etc. and making connections with cost of PVC Cu connection wire, screws etc. The job includes cost of cutting of false ceiling also. a.
