FALSE CEILING WORKS 205 C FALSE CEILING WORKS.00 Providing and fixing Gypsum M/F suspended false celing of Boral/Elephant/CKM brand consisting of IGL intermediate channel, perimeter channel, ceiling section & ceiling angle using metal dash fastners for suspension. The 2.5mm thk. Gypsum board is screw fixed to the bottom of the suspended frame. The joints between the boards are finished with jointing compound & fibre tape to get a smooth flush finish.the finishes shall be to the satisfaction of the Engineer/architect Providing and fixing the joints between the gypsum boards of false ceiling with jointing compound & fibre tape to get a smooth flush finish. Ceiling to be finished with full putty of Birla/Asian/JK/Burger brand, coat of primer and 2 coats of plastic emulsion paint of Asian/Burger brand. Final coat will be with roller finish. The finishes shall be to the satisfaction of the Engineer/architect. Special Provisions: Contractor to make cutouts for all electrical, networking boxes as shown in the drawing.
