Full Height Partition: Providing and fixing in position Full Height partition including 30 mm thick flush door in framework of 600 X 600 mm grid (horizontally and vertically) comprising of 50 mm X 50 mm kail wood section with 6 mm thick plywood on both sides finished with 0.8 mm thick laminate of approved make including grooves as/ Architect. Item to include 65 X 65 mm factory made laminated veneer lumber door frame and additional framework and laminated veneer lumber beading required for providing glazing. All exposed surfaces, grooves and the like to be finished in melamine polish of matching laminate colour including all necessary fittings and SS hardware of make hettich/ hafele/ ebco. The rate to include provision of extra frame work as necessary for skirting and making cutouts for electrical switches, switch boxes, conduiting, door/ glazing as per drawings. The wood frame work to be applied with 2 coats of fire retardent paint and 1 coat of anti-termite wood preservative all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge/ Architect and drawings. Sq. ft Note:- a) In case of false ceiling, the vertical kail wood members to be fixed to RCC ceiling but the area of partition payable will be below the false ceiling only. b) Measurement of height shall be taken from finished floor only, in case of varying heights on either side of partition, average height shall be considered. c) Openings/ glass shall not be measured for payment. d) Contractor to use proper masking tapes while polishing grooves etc. to prevent any damage to laminate. Low Height Partition: Providing and fixing in position solid Low Height partition upto height of 1200 mm including 30 mm thick flush door in framework including door in 600 X 600 mm grid (horizontally and vertically) comprising of 50 mm X 50 mm kail wood section with 6 mm thick plywood on both sides finished with 0.8 mm thick laminate/ fabric covered soft board of approved make/ colour including grooves as/ Architect. Item to include 65 X 65 mm factory made laminated veneer lumber member for door frame and top beading for partition of 15 X 75 mm. All exposed grooves and the like to be finished in melamine polish of matching laminate colour or as directed including all necessary fittings and SS hardware of make hettich/ haffele/ ebco. The rate to include provision of extra frame work as necessary for skirting and making cut-outs for electrical switches, switch boxes, conduiting as per drawings. Wall Panelling: Providing and fixing in position wall panelling over existing framework with 6 mm thick plywood on one side finished with 0.8 mm thick laminate of approved make including grooves as/ Architect and top to be finished with laminated veneer lumber 15 mm thing with rounded edge. The rate to include for provision of extra frame work as necessary for skirting and making cut-outs for electrical switches, switch boxes, conduiting, receiving A.C.'s etc. as per drawings. All exposed surfaces, grooves and the like to be finished in melamine polish of matching laminate colour or as directed. The wood frame work to be applied with 2 coats of fire retardent paint and 1 coat of anti-termite wood preservative all complete as per the drawings and directions of Engineer-in-charge/ Architect and drawings. Contractor to use proper masking tapes while polishing grooves etc. to prevent any damage to laminate. [Note:- Incase of wall not being true to plumb extra shims of kail wood shall be provided. Providing and fixing glazed door and fixed glazing (full height glass partition) with 12 mm thick toughened glass of approved make with all SS patch fittings (Hettich/ Haffele/ Dorma) and frosting as per drawing. Item to include floor springs, lock, 300 mm long D- handles and other necessary hardware of Stainless Steel of make Hettich/ Haffele/ Dorma all complete as per the directions of Architect/ Engineer-in-charge. a Fixed Glazing Sq. ft b Openable door Sq. ft Providing and fixing 12 mm thick toughened glass in full/ low height partitions of approved make with frosting, edge polishing etc. all complete. Item to include all necessary hardware of SS finish as approved by the Project Consultant/ Bank required for fixing the glass all complete as per the directions of the Architect. Total of S.H. (I) of Partitions and Panelling Sq. ft II. STORAGE:- 6. Providing and fixing full height storage (upto 2600 mm high) and 450 mm deep and made from 18 mm thick pre-laminated particleboard, except back, which is made from 9 mm thick pre-laminated particleboard. The storage unit to have pre-laminated partition to make pigeon hole storage. The unit shall be provided with plastic headed leveling bolts of M6 size to take care of any variations in the floor level. Sq. ft Providing and fixing full height storage (upto 900 mm high) and 450 mm deep and made from 18 mm thick pre-laminated particleboard, except back, which is made from 9 mm thick pre-laminated particleboard. The units to have hinged door shutters having spring-loaded auto-closing hinges. All units to have a multi purpose type lock and to be provided with Stainless steel handles of matt finish. 4 8. Providing and fixing Single Drawer 380 mm wide having outer casing (except back) and drawer front made from 18 mm thick prelaminated board. The casing back is made from 9 mm thick prelaminated board. The box drawers to have an external fascia height of approx. 150 mm. The drawer movement shall be on full-panel type drawer runners having rollers which also form the sides of the drawer tray. These runners shall be of the single extension type for the box drawers. The height of these panel slides/ sides for box drawers is 86 mm. The drawer shall be provided with a multi-purpose locking system and stainless steel handles in the matt finish for all drawer fascia. Nos Total of S.H. (II) of Storage III. CEILING AND FINISHING WORKS:- 9. Repairing and making of addition and alteration to false ceiling including making coves and providing and fixing of framework made of special sections power pressed as per requirement from M.S. sheet and galvanised in accordance with zinc coating of grade 350 as per IS : 277 and consisting of angle cleats. The item to include jointing and fixing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the board with recommended filler, jointing tapes, finisher suitable for board as per manufactures specification and also including the cost of making openings for light fittings, shifting of light fittings, grills, diffusers, cut-outs made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed all complete as per drawing and specification and direction of the Engineer in Charge with: 12.5 mm thick tapered edge gypsum board conforming to IS:2095- Part-I of India Gypsum/ approved make for both framework and the board. Sq. ft Item to include painting with and one coat of primer and plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: Two or more coats on new work with rollers/ spray of make Asian/ Berger/ Dulux paint for the entire ceiling area. Note:- Measurement shall be taken of the plan area only. Suspending system and frame work shall match layout of Electrical/ fire protection wiring/ fixtures etc. Rate to include provision of extra frame work needed due to above and to include necessary scaffolding etc. all complete. 5 10. Providing and fixing false ceiling base with 12 mm thick commercial ply over wooden framework of 50 X 50 mm section all complete as per the directions of Engineer-incharge/ Architect/ drawings. The ceiling basework to be finished as follows: a Using 1 mm laminate of approved make over base as above and including making grooves and finishing the grooves in melamine polish etc. [Note:- Contractor to use proper masking tapes while polishing grooves etc. to prevent any damage to laminate.] Sq. ft Providing and applying POP punning of mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth all complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge. 12. Providing and applying one coat of cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface: Cement primer. Sq. ft Sq. ft Finishing walls with textured interior paint of required shade: New work (Two or more coats 3.28 ltr/10 sqm) over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint 2.20 kg/10 sqm with rollers/ spray of make ACRO/ approved make (Basic cost of paint: 60 Rs/ Sq. ft. excluding all VAT, taxes, carriage etc.) Sq. ft Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: Two or more coats on new work with rollers/ spray of make Asian/ Berger/ Dulux paint. 15. Providing and fixing polished Travertino Gold stone wall cladding with cement mortar/ adhesive of approved brand and manufacture all complete as per the directions of Architect/ Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing in position Staff Table of size 3'-6" X 2'-2" by using 0.8 mm thick laminate and 25 mm thick particle board for top with postforming and 18 mm thick particle board for all other horizontal and vertical members. Telescopic CPU Stand/ ready made Keyboard tray shall be provided. All exposed particle board surfaces to be finished with 0.8 mm thk. laminate of approved make & shade and all exposed edges of table top & particle board to be finished in PVC edge banding. The item to include all necessary hardware and fittings in Stainless Steel finish and wire manager complete in all respects. 17. Providing and fixing in position Manager Table of size 5'- 0" X 2'-6" by using 0.8 mm thick laminate and 25 mm thick particle board for top with postforming edges and 18 mm thick particle board for all other horizontal and vertical members and modesty panel. Telescopic CPU Stand/ ready made Keyboard tray shall be provided. All exposed particle board surfaces to be finished with 0.8 mm thk. laminate of approved make & shade and all exposed edges of table top & particle board to be finished in PVC edge banding. The item to include all necessary hardware and fittings in SS finish and wire manager with 8 mm thick toughened glass top with bevelled edges and edge polishing complete in all respects. 18. Providing and fixing in position Regional Manager Table of size 6'-0" X 2'-6" by using 0.8 mm thick laminate and 25 mm thick particle board for top with postforming edges and 18 mm thick particle board for all other horizontal and vertical members and modesty panel. Telescopic CPU Stand/ ready made Keyboard tray shall be provided. All exposed particle board surfaces to be finished with 0.8 mm thk. laminate of approved make & shade and all exposed edges of table top & particle board to be finished in PVC edge banding. Providing and fixing in position Runner Table for dispatch of 2'-0" wide by using 0.8 mm thick laminate and 25 mm thick particle board for top with postforming and 18 mm thick particle board for all other horizontal and vertical members. All exposed particle board surfaces to be finished with 0.8 mm thk. laminate of approved make & shade and all exposed edges of table top & particle board to be finished in PVC edge banding. The item to include all necessary hardware and fittings in Stainless Steel finish and wire manager complete in all respects. Ft Providing and placing Waiting table for customer lounge of size 4'-0" X 2'-0" made of 19 mm thick blockboard and finished with 1 mm thick laminate on all exposed surfaces all complete as per drawings. The table shall have 10 mm thick toughened glass top with SS spacers lazer jointed and maximum height of table to be 350 mm. Total of S.H. (V) of Counters and Tables Nos V. MISCELLANEOUS:- 21. Providing and fixing laquered glass on existing basework with adhesive etc. as required all complete as per the directions of Architect/ Engineer-in-charge. Sq. ft Providing and fixing MDF Dual Grill Board of make Glo/ approved make and finishing the board with metallic Gold/ Bronze/ Silver duco paint all complete as per the directions of Architect/ Engineer-in-charge. 23. Supplying and fixing of Artwork of make Euro/ Glo (Base cost- 4000/- excluding Vat, octroi, cartage and all other taxes etc. which shall be borne by the contractor) all complete as per the directions of Architect/ Engineerin-charge. Sq. ft Nos Dismantling of partitions, panelling, storages, tables, plaster, etc. including stacking servicable materials properly with all leads and lifts etc., complete and carting away non-servicable material as directed. Total of S.H. (VI) of Miscellaneous Nos VI. SALVAGE:- Contractor to quote individual rates not below reserve price (RP). Material of Salvage should be disposed off on as-is where is basis. Disposal of salvage tables (all sizes and shapes) as per the reserved cost including removal all complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge (RP Rs. 1500/- per Table, Drawer Units are not included). 2. Disposal of salvage full height aluminium partitions as per the reserved cost including removal etc. all complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge (RP Rs. 40/- per Sq.ft). 3. Disposal of salvage full height wooden partitions as per the reserved cost including removal etc. all complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge (RP Rs. 30/- per Sq.ft). 4. Disposal of salvage low height aluminium partitions as per the reserved cost including removal etc. all complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge (RP Rs. 30/- per Sq.ft). 5. Disposal of salvage low height wooden partitions as per the reserved cost including removal etc. all complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge (RP Rs. 30/- per Sq.ft). 6. Disposal of salvage low height storage as per the reserved cost including removal etc. all complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.
