1 LARGE FORMAT PRINTING UNC #1267 Procurement Services has awarded a University wide contract for large format printing and installation services, both indoor and outdoor, to Printing Lab, LLC. ORDERING PROCESS: Obtain quote from Printing Lab, LLC Create requisition from quote in FMS; when creating the requisition, use University Contract as the purchasing methodology and reference contract #1267 in the field beneath methodology. In addition, use one of the two following category codes: o printing services for items not used for marketing o printing service for items used for marketing Receive goods in FMS once the items have been delivered to your office Send invoice with the purchase order number on it to invoices@montclair.edu Please note that Printing Lab, LLC is the only authorized vendor to provide large format printing for the University. No purchase order should be sent to any other vendor unless Procurement Services approves the purchase outside of this contract.
