2 The Contractor shall consider in his price all costs or expenses of all requirements stipulated in the section entitled General preceding this Bill. General: 1. -All items listed in the data sheet scope of works, tehnical description, specifications, drawings and Bill of quantities. -The contractor's supplied materials, testing labor and overheads. -Protection of materials, Municipality property and public service equipment in the vicinity of the works. The contractor shall make the necessary temporary water, electrical power connections etc to prevent interruption of the power and water supply for the existing functioning building. The contractor is responsible to fix any damage that may occur during demolition and construction work. -Clearing and cleaning the places and transport the debris and litter collected to a place approved by the corresponding municipality, on his expenses,including any fees. -Scaffoldings and any kind and type of special equipment 2. Contractor's other costs for any item of work or obligation which is necessary for the completion of the works as required by the tender documents. 3 Architectural & Civil Works 1 Demolishing & Dismantling Works -The contractor is responsible to fix any damage that may occur during demolition and construction work by replacing, repairing, and reinstatements of any infrastructure networks affected and/or damaged. -Clearing and cleaning the places and transport the debris and litter collected to a place approved by the corresponding municipality, on his expenses,including any fees. -Scaffoldings and any kind and type of special equipment are included in the rates. 4 : The Contractor shall take into consideration that all direct and indirect works and expenses required for the completion of the coming items are included in the unit price. Rates of concrete works shall include: -Shuttering, supply and placing of concrete, vibrating, curing, striking. The concrete mix shall be transported in concrete transit mixing trucks in accordance with greek regulations and specification to avoid any contamination, segregation and loss of consituent materials. -Concrete additives -Making and transporting of formwork, oil, nails. -Mix ratio for reinforced concrete shall be in accordance with greek regulations and specification for concrete.
