We perform large scale earthworks and site preparation for major building and infrastructure works In-situ concrete foundations We perform a range of in-situ horizontal and vertical concrete works in accordance with client s specifications. With our own engineering capability and in-house team of skilled carpenters, steel fixers and masons, we are able to offer complete design and build of structural and flooring concrete systems. Tilt-up Construction We offer design and build precast alternatives to conventional on site construction methods, using both Tilt-up and Precast techniques. We have an experienced team with a background in production and rapid assembly of precast structures. Precast Concrete Elements We specialise in the manufacture of precast concrete elements for use in both civilian infrastructure and military applications, from concrete T-wall barriers, precast bridge structures to culvert head walls.

6 Through our innovative design approach we are able to engineer precast solutions to cater for the individual needs of our clients. We have our own in-house steel fabrication facilities and produce custom moulds for the requirements of our projects. Piping and Pipeline construction services Iraq Star offer full design and build pipeline services. This includes the supply of a wide range of welded process and line pipes (from ½" to 36") along with their respective flanges and fittings. All materials are sourced from leading manufacturers who are fully certified and approved by all major end users. Pipeline construction services include pre-construction survey, clearing and grading, trenching, pipe stringing, welding and coating pipe, and lowering pipe into final position and backfilling for restoration of surface. Currently all radio graphic testing, electronic coating testing and hydrostatic testing would need to be outsourced. Design & Build Camp Construction Iraq Star offer full design and build construction of self contained man camps, including but not limited to: Supply and installation of accommodation trailer units, Design and build of wet-build accommodation and housing Kitchen, office and accommodation furniture and appliances, Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Power Generators, cabling, fuel tank and associated connections, as well as fuel tank containment bund HVAC, both central and split type units Fire detection, alarm and sprinkler systems Installation of RO water systems, water holding tanks (constructed of either concrete or metal) and associated pipework.
