Have any soil tests for service life been obtained? 2. DEPARTMENT: ENGIN - DEVELOPMENT REVIEW REVIEW ITEM: K - List of approved waivers, their conditions, and the date of approval REMARKS: Add waivers if requested in the future. 3. DEPARTMENT: ENGDRN - STORMWATER REVIEW REVIEW ITEM: B(7) - Minimum Pipe Size REMARKS: Consider increasing the proposed 15 pipe to an 18 pipe to meet the minimum pipe diameter criteria or seek a waiver. If the conveyance calculations can demonstrate the system can accommodate the 25-year, 24-hour storm event with a tailwater condition stormwater will recommend approval of a waiver for this item. 12. Please provide the owners certification to the operation and maintenance document that states the following: I hereby certify that I, my successors, and assigns shall perpetually operate and maintain the stormwater management system and associated elements in accordance with the specifications shown herein and on the approved plan. (with the final copy signed by the owner) This document should specifically provide guidance concerning the operation and maintenance responsibilities, including frequency, accessing inspection ports, problem solution recommendations. 15. DEPARTMENT: ENGTRF - TRAFFIC REVIEW REVIEW ITEM: B - Cross access REMARKS: 8/19/2014: Parallel access is required to the adjacent properties. Traffic would support a waiver to defer paving parallel access to the north subject to providing a covenant but would not support deferring construction to the south.
