DEPARTMENT: ENGDRN - STORMWATER REVIEW REVIEW ITEM: Drainage Construction Specifications REMARKS: StormTech chambers and associated materials are under evaluation. Have any soil tests for service life been obtained? 2. DEPARTMENT: ENGIN - DEVELOPMENT REVIEW REVIEW ITEM: K - List of approved waivers, their conditions, and the date of approval REMARKS: Add waivers if requested in the future. 3. DEPARTMENT: ENGIN - DEVELOPMENT REVIEW REVIEW ITEM: Additional Development Review Comments REMARKS: After approval, plans will be electronically stamped by the county. The applicant will receive an indicating that approved plans are available for download and are located in the eplans project Approved folder. For Development Review submittals, with the exception of Final Plats and Minor Site Plans, applicants are required to print, obtain required signatures, and sign and seal two 24 x 36 sets of the electronically stamped approved plan and deliver them to the Office of County Engineer, Development Review Section, located at 412 SE 25th Avenue Ocala, FL Upon receipt, a development order will be issued. Until such time as that development order is issued, the project does not have final approval and construction, if applicable, shall not commence. For plans requiring As-Builts, As-Builts and associated documentation shall be submitted on paper in accordance with current county requirements. 4. DEPARTMENT: ENGDRN - STORMWATER REVIEW REVIEW ITEM: C - Geotechnical Investigation Report REMARKS: Please provide a signed and sealed geotechnical report for soil boring P-1. A-1 was previously used in the 1997 application. 6. DEPARTMENT: ENGDRN - STORMWATER REVIEW REVIEW ITEM: A(3) - Retention/Detention Area Design Parameters REMARKS: Please provide a cross section that identifies the DHWL, ESHWL, Top, Bottom, and stabilization of the storm tech system.

What is the service life of the polypropylene chambers, the ADS N-12 manifold and associated polymer materials? 2.) Have these pipes, connectors, and chambers been approved by FDOT? 3.) Please provide a copy of the structural evaluation. 8. DEPARTMENT: ENGDRN - STORMWATER REVIEW REVIEW ITEM: B(4) - Hydrologic Analysis REMARKS: Please provide the input parameters for the PONDS model that pertain to the StormTech System. How has PONDS recognized the chamber type, number of chambers, gravel thicknesses, gravel porosity, etc.? 9. DEPARTMENT: ENGDRN - STORMWATER REVIEW REVIEW ITEM: B(6) - Freeboard STATUS OF REVIEW: STAFF RECOMMENDS APPROVAL OF WAIVER REMARKS: Please provide 6 of freeboard. (DHWL=91.55, top of stone = ) 10. DEPARTMENT: ENGDRN - STORMWATER REVIEW REVIEW ITEM: B(5) - Hydraulic Analysis REMARKS: Provide a hydraulic analysis for the stormwater conveyance system per LDC (25 year, 24 hour storm event with a 25-year, 24hour tailwater condition.) 11. DEPARTMENT: ENGDRN - STORMWATER REVIEW REVIEW ITEM: B(7) - Minimum Pipe Size REMARKS: Consider increasing the proposed 15 pipe to an 18 pipe to meet the minimum pipe diameter criteria or seek a waiver. If the conveyance calculations can demonstrate the system can accommodate the 25-year, 24-hour storm event with a tailwater condition stormwater will recommend approval of a waiver for this item. 12. DEPARTMENT: ENGDRN - STORMWATER REVIEW REVIEW ITEM: A(7) - Existing/Proposed Stormwater Swales REMARKS: Provide a typical section of the proposed sodded swale. 13. DEPARTMENT: ENGDRN - STORMWATER REVIEW REVIEW ITEM: Grading Criteria REMARKS: Please add spot grades along the perimeter of the system to show the flow intent to the inlet and not to adjacent property. 2

Please provide the owners certification to the operation and maintenance document that states the following: I hereby certify that I, my successors, and assigns shall perpetually operate and maintain the stormwater management system and associated elements in accordance with the specifications shown herein and on the approved plan. (with the final copy signed by the owner) This document should specifically provide guidance concerning the operation and maintenance responsibilities, including frequency, accessing inspection ports, problem solution recommendations. 15. DEPARTMENT: ENGTRF - TRAFFIC REVIEW REVIEW ITEM: B - Cross access REMARKS: 8/19/2014: Parallel access is required to the adjacent properties. Traffic would support a waiver to defer paving parallel access to the north subject to providing a covenant but would not support deferring construction to the south. If easements or waivers for cross access have already been acquired, please provide. 16.
