8 Cold Runner Applications Our know-how becomes your liquid advantage We have all of our knowledge in cutting-edge design incorporated into our patented valve gate technology and cold runner delivery systems. For applications such as LSR, HTV and rubber, the main advantages are direct gating, optimum material protection and short cycle times. The individual adjustment of each nozzle is carried out manually or, as a popular option, electronically & thus exactly reproducible.

11 PVD coating service Advantages of coating: Cutting: Hard coatings reduce the abrasive and crater wear on tools for conventional wet, dry and high speed machining. Modern coating technology ensures smooth coatings, which reduce the friction between chip and tool. Punching: Coatings increase tool life by reducing friction and material transfer on punches, molds and dies. Forming: Coatings reduce friction, groove wear and built-up edges. Repolishing of functional surfaces is not necessary in most cases. Injection Molding: Homogenous hard coating of the mold cavity increases productivity by improving ejection of the finished product and lowering wear. Coating alters the roughness and surface structure of molds, thereby changing the mold s release properties, which then shortens cycle times.
