2 1. Blank Tender Documents available on Government of Maharashtra site from 27 / 05 / to 12 / 06 / 2017 for downloading. 2. The cost of tender should be in the form of Online Payment mode only. 3. Last date of download and bid preparation of tenders 12/ 06 / 2017 up to Hrs. 4. Technical Bid opening date is 14 / 06 / 2017 at am (If Possible). 5. Commercial bid opening date will be conveyed separately. 6. EMD as above should be in the form of online payment mode only. 7. Pre Tender conference (Pre Bid Meeting) will not allowed. 8. Excalation & Rate difference is not allowed in any condition. 9. The Tenderer should fulfill the following criteria: A. Scan copies of original PAN card. B. Scan copy of VAT and TIN C. Scan copy of valid Registration certificate. D. Scan copy of Registered Partnership deed and power of Attorney. E. A list of works tendered for and in hand (Form No.1) F. List of Machinery available with the Tenderer for immediate use on this work. G. A list of works of similar type and magnitude carried out (Past 3 years). H. Details of Technical personal on the role of the Tenderer. I. Scan copy of place of Registration of Business. J. Scan copy of Original Electric contractor License issued by Government of India. K. Tenderer should produce P.F., E.P.F. & ESIC registration after the tender allotment. L. Tenderer should have professional tax / service tax registration. M. Annual turnover must be equal to estimated cost for each individual work in every Year of last three years. O. Photo copy of Income Tax returns for the last 03 years..
