5 From the airport... Travel tips and location of the venues From the airport you can take public bus no. 119 that will take you to the metro station Nádraží Veleslavín (Line A Green). If your accommodation is close to the meeting venue, most likely you will like to go to metro station Malostranská or Staroměstská. Travel will take some minutes. Ticket for public transport in Prague is CZK 32 ( 1.20) and is valid for 90 minutes with unlimited transfer. Ticket machine accepting credit cards is located at the bus stop at the airport. Public transport in Prague is safe, frequent and reliable. If you prefer taxi, good advice is to ask the price at the beginning of the journey, the fare to the city centre from the airport should not exceed some CZK 700 ( 25).... to the meeting venue Both days we will meet in Kaiserštejnský palác at Malostranské náměstí 23/37 Prague 1 Lesser Town ( This historical building is right at the tram stop Malostranské náměstí serviced by trams no. 7, 12, 13, 15, 20 and 22. It is just one stop (or 7 minutes walk) from the nearest metro station Malostranská (Line A Green).... and to the dinner The joint dinner on Thursday, March 23, starting at 7:30 p.m. will take place in restaurant Potrefená Husa that is located in Platnéřská 88/9, Prague 1 Old Town. Is it some 700 m from the conference venue and the walk from Kaiserštejnský palác to the Restaurant includes the famous Charles Bridge :-). See the map on the next page.
