The storage of raw materials/goods will be done at the existing plant premises as indicated in Plot Plan (Attached as annexure-5). KLPD The wastes will be treated as follows: i) The Spent Wash generated from Distillation section shall be passed through Solid-Liquid Separation to separate the suspended solids such as lignin rich wet cake and the Spent liquor. ii) The lignin rich wet cake shall be used as fuel for the existing boiler. It shall be mixed with the primary fuel and shall be incinerated in the boiler to generate steam and power. iii) The Spent liquor shall be sent to biomethanation plant and the biogas produced will be sent to existing boiler and the biomethanated spent wash shall be recycled to fulfill the process requirement and the balance quantity shall be treated in secondary treatment (RO) plant. The treated water shall be used as make up water for cooling tower and the RO reject will be sent to existing composting yard to achieve zero liquid discharge.
