3 Angola: A Snapshot Oil production and its supporting activities contribute about 50% of GDP, more than 70% of government revenue, and more than 90% of the country's exports. 02 June 2016: Angolan President Jose Eduardo dos Santos has appointed his daughter as head of state oil firm Sonangol, Angola National State Radio (RNA) reported. The government aims to turn around the struggling company after low crude prices hit revenue. Angola, officially the Republic of Angola, is a country in Southern Africa. It is the seventh-largest country in Africa, and is bordered by Namibia to the south, the Democratic Republic of the Congo to the north and east, Zambia to the east, and the Atlantic Ocean to west. The capital and largest city of Angola is Luanda. Angola is Africa s second largest oil producer. The first oil surveys date back to 1906, and it was not until 1955 that the first oil well was discovered. In 1966, Cabinda Gulf Oil Company discovered important oil reserves in Cabinda. From then on, oil started playing one of the most important roles in the Angolan economy, having surpassed coffee in oil exports as of Angola assumed a nonpermanent seat on the UN Security Council for the term and is also member of OPEC since President: José Eduardo dos Santos Vice President: Manuel Vicente Population: 24,383,301 Natural resources: Petroleum, Diamonds, Iron ore, Phosphates, Copper, Feldspar, Gold, Bauxite, Uranium Proven crude oil reserves (million barrels) Proven natural gas reserves (billion cu. m.) 4 Angola: In Numbers Angola has vast mineral and petroleum reserves, and its economy is among the fastest growing in the world, especially since the end of the civil war. In spite of this, the standard of living remains low for the majority of the population, and life expectancy and infant mortality rates in Angola are among the worst in the world. Angola GDP Growth Rate The Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in Angola expanded 4.90 percent in 2015 from the previous year. GDP Growth Rate in Angola averaged 9.93 percent from 2000 until 2015, reaching an all time high of percent in 2007 and a record low of 2.40 percent in GDP Growth Rate in Angola is reported by the National Bank of Angola The decline in international crude oil price has had a substantial impact on budget balances. The average price for Angolan crude was $104 in the third quarter of 2014, declining to $85 in the fourth quarter. Prices continued to drop in 2015 with the average oil price at $52, a decline of approximately 48% in 12 months. Prices dropped even further in early 2016, averaging $30 in the first two months of the year. 5 Our Technology The complete team that specializes in Videothermal Generalisation combines: Mathematical Algorithims, Space Technology Computer Software, SEARCH FOR HYDROCARBON DEPOSITS BY VIDEOTHERMAL GENERALISATION METHOD. Space Technologies Limited Geological Interpretation to arrive at over 90% accuracy in determining the Hydrocarbon Deposits. The Method The essence of the video thermal generalization method consists in consecutive averaging the digitized infrared images that allows to trace step by step thermal heterogeneities and border between them from a surface to depth. It is a question of radiation temperature: 4 m where Тр radiation temperature, radiation ability of a surface, Тт thermodynamic temperature. Radiating ability for each specific substance is a function of length of a wave and temperatures, it is equal to unit of absolutely black body and can be infinitesimal for a absolutely white body. At equal to 1 molecular and radiating temperatures are equal. Values for rocks are estimated by sizes nearby 0,95-0,65. Therefore the card of radiating temperatures will always differ from a card of molecular temperatures due to non-uniform radiating ability of substances, even in case the molecular temperature of a superficial layer is homogeneous. 5
6 THE METHOD Night Day Endogenous heat The volumetric models of the thermal radiation field calculated by level-by-level generalization in bowels turn out rigidly coordinated with the polyzonal image of a surface of the Earth, satisfy to conception of dissipative structures in the nonequilibrium open power systems, they are well coordinated with the models received by other geophysical and geological methods. 6
