33 components of the solar ice system solar air collector solar air-collector extracts warmness of the sun + warm air also in case of clouds + diffuse radiation energy gain > typical solar installation storing of surplusses in summer into solar ice-storage Solar ice storage below the freezing limit control system sole/water heat pump solar ice-storage insulation is not necessary because of ambient geothermal winter: heat is extracting out of the ice storage heat pump feeds the heat into the ice-storage and the heating system during phase changing from water to ice large amounts of crystallization energy are released the ice is useable for cooling now heat pump extracts heat out of the solar ice-storage and feeds the heat into the water storage cuncurrently it supplies the rooms with heat control system controls the system and decides - when is warmness injecting into the ice storing -when shall the rooms be supplied with heat only by using the heat pump Source: solareis isocal
