Papop offers One Stop Service including technical and fi nancial services for Turnkey and Build Operate Own and Transfer (BOOT) projects as well as consulting. Details are as follow: Turnkey project: Papop provides optimized solutions on the basis of Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contract. This practice covers all scopes starting from surveying, data collection, conceptual design, detailed design, construction, start-up, and last, training and technological transfer. With this, the clients can benefit from budget control and ensure timely delivery of the products and services. BOOT (Build, Own, Operate and Transfer): Papop provides investment in design construction and operation for the whole project. The clients will be benefi ted from sharing of revenue. In this way, the clients take minimal risk and there is no need for them to provide staff in operating of the plants. Auxiliary Services: Additionally, Papop provides consulting services in procuring documents pertaining permits, licenses and grants application for related government agencies as well as planning, developing, and implementing of Clean Develop Mechanism (CDM) projects. 5

Promote the appropriate usage of resources and materials in order to achieve the sustainability in our organization, and encourage every staff members to operate and use equipment cautiously in order to create the work safe place. To this end, our QSE management standards and technical guidelines were established to provide a framework which all operations across the organization and the networks could integrate precautionary practices as appropriate. 8
