3 I founded VASS 17 years ago in 1999 with the unique vocation to create a highly specialized consulting firm which strategy was based on two pillars: Innovation and Talent. As an example of the success of our model, VASS has experienced in the last years a growth supported over two digits, which has led us to be today a company near to 100 million euros of business, with about employees and collaborators in the whole world and with a footprint of 8 countries (Spain, the United Kingdom, the United States, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Chile and Brazil). To face these challenges, we start 2016 with a very aggressive growth and transformation plan that we have called VASS@200, which objective is to reach the 200 million revenue in the year The waybill marked for the next five years is based on innovation, international growth, improvement of efficiency and a global operating model. Risks are varied, from the uncertainty of some markets, until a fierce global competition, but the key is to meet the established rhythms of growth being faithful to our essence, innovation, talent and high specialization. 8 IN 1999 VASS IS FOUNDED. One year later the first office was inaugurated in Alcobendas. THE OFFER INCREASES. Business lines are extended in areas as BI or ECM. VASS DOUBLES ITS SIZE. In 2002 the employee number 100 joins VASS. VASS CHANGES ITS OFFICES. VASS settles in its new headquarters in Alcobendas. THE MODEL RIPENS. The number of certifications and technologies is extended. VASS OPENS IN BARCELONA. The clients' portfolio grows and office is open out of Madrid VASS GOES OUT OF SPAIN. Opens office in UK, creates Serbatic, Clarive and acquires the current VASS Digital. AULAVASS IS CREATED. In these years the CMMI3 certification is obtained and joins the AEC. EXPANSION TO AMERICA. In this period the headquarters of Colombia, Mexico and United States are formally opened. PERIOD OF HIGH GROWTH. The new line of Systems Service and Business Technology is developed. VASS CHANGES ITS MODEL. The company becomes a complete integrator of complex solutions. CSR S MODEL IS CONSOLIDATED. Opens offices in Peru, Chile and Brazil. 10 VASS is committed to a sustainable future, that is why in the past 17 years has integrated Corporate Social Responsibility as one of the pillars of the company and as a strategy for social growth. VASS is aware of the challenges that exist in today's society and it is committed to the United Nations Global Compact in its three areas: human and labor rights, the environment and sustainability and anticorruption. As proof of its commitment with the society VASS allocates 2% of the profit to solidarity actions. Since 2006, we collaborate economically in international cooperation projects and/or social action implemented by NGOS, associations or foundations, proposed by our staff. The company has developed the programs VASS Concilia and Somos Igual.es in order to reinforce the internal culture, providing tools to its team that make new forms of work possible and allow them to get a work-personal life balance.
