3 Our Values Our Business Areas across our European Offices Asset Management Our Asset Management team leverages tenant relationships to drive enhanced value for clients across 5bn of assets. They are heavily involved in the strategic buy and sell decision making, ensuring that our clients are exposed to the right assets. Asset Management identify, develop, execute and monitor initiatives to extract the maximum income and value. Fund Management Our Fund Management team is responsible for setting individually customised client strategies, monitoring and reporting on the portfolio performance, and overseeing the acquisition and sales process. They work in close collaboration with our Asset Management teams, leveraging their expertise to implement initiatives and extract the maximum value for our assets. Debt Investments & Special Situations Debt Investments and Special Situations is a multi-disciplinary team based in the UK with expertise in all aspects of the debt investment process across Europe. The team currently manages 885m of investments, between senior and mezzanine investment, equity and preferred equity investments. Acquisitions Our Acquisitions team identify potential investment opportunities for our Funds and work in close collaboration with the Asset Management, Finance and Fund Management teams to source and advise on new deals. Global Indirect Investments Our specialist global Indirect Investments team based in the UK focuses on investing in pooled funds on behalf of clients, whether as part of UK direct property separate accounts, or as multi-manager mandates. Research & Strategy Our Research & Strategy team based in the UK is tasked with providing guidance on economic trends, capital markets, demographics and spatial analysis. The insights from the team lay the foundation of LaSalle s investment goals and house views. The team works with portfolio management to devise investment strategies, as well as offering bespoke research tools and reports to help inform the acquisition process. We offer opportunities for European Graduates in our Paris and Munich offices for which either French and German language skills, as well as English, are essential. On each of these programmes, you will rotate between different areas of the business, giving you the opportunity to gain a broad range of experience and exposure in your career. Depending on your choice of location, you may have the opportunity to rotate across a range of departments including Acquisitions, Fund Management, Asset Management and the Client Capital Group. Education Languages Training You will be highly numerate with an analytical Undergraduate and/or Master s degree, with subjects such as real estate, finance, economics and mathematics being particularly relevant. German and English language skills are essential Your training will begin with a series of induction sessions designed to prepare you for your role as a graduate at LaSalle. 8 Working for LaSalle Jennifer Abromeit Asset Management & Acquisition, Munich After my master s degree in Real Estate at IREBS, I started my graduate trainee programme at LaSalle. During my first rotation I was able to gain many valuable experiences by actively supporting the Asset Management team with the sales process of a whole portfolio. My second rotation was with the Acquisitions team where I was quickly integrated into a dynamic team and had the opportunity to assume responsibility very soon. I am looking forward to work in close collaboration with the teams of the remaining departments CCG and Fund Management. Robinder Singh Acquisitions & Fund Management, Munich I joined LaSalle due to its outstanding market reputation, challenging work environment and unique graduate scheme. My journey started with our Acquisitions team where I was thrown right into live and pan-european transaction processes. During my second rotation in portfolio management, I was able to broaden my perspective to a fund level and be involved in strategic investment and asset management decisions. I ve been given the chance to train under some of the most experienced individuals in the market. I am enthusiastic about the next two rotations and can recommend the program to anyone who would like to gain a wide range of valuable skillsets to start off their career in real estate. Lucas Bellocq Fund Management & Acquisitions, Paris Following my master s degree in Corporate Finance at EDHEC, I wanted to occupy several positions within a global real estate firm to acquire a general view on this industry and this is why I joined the LaSalle s graduate programme. I started in Fund Management, the most generalist team, where I was able to work with all teams on several topics like investments, sales or financing process. Then, I moved to the Acquisitions team where I had the chance to directly work on complex acquisitions of all kinds (office, retail and developments). To me, this graduate scheme is meant for curious and proactive students that want to develop skills in several areas within the real estate industry. Guillaume Chavane Asset Management, Paris After my master s degree at IESEG School of Management, I decided to join the graduate programme at LaSalle because I thought it was the best way to kick start my career in Real Estate. My first rotation was in Asset Management. I had the opportunity to work on several types of asset: retail, offices and logistic. I was deeply involved in each assignment particularly on development projects of offices in Paris and I appreciated rapidly receiving lots of responsibilities.
